A sophisticated holiday home located in the center of Nieuwpoort with its cozy restaurants and shops closeby. There are 4 bedrooms, which makes the house ideal for a family or friends holiday.
A walking promenade along the Nieuwpoort Marina is a 5-minute walk. This is one of the largest marinas in Europe. Many pleasure boats provide an impressive sight from the walking and cycling promenades. The old town with its medieval architecture and cozy restaurants is certainly worth a visit.
On the ground floor there is a cozy sitting area, dining table, TV and a fireplace. Behind the kitchen is a room with an infrared sauna, washer and dryer. On the 1st floor there is a large bathroom with a massage shower, bubble bath bath and 2 sinks. Enjoy a musical night on the furniture at garden.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had a very pleasant stay in Nieuwpoort. Great location, very clean, well equiped kitchen, cosy living, everything was foreseen.

Zeer leuk, geriefelijk huis! We verbleven hier in de kerstperiode. De gezellige zithoek en de infraroodcabine waren in deze winterperiode een extra troef! Nieuwpoort stad is charmant voor een winterverblijf met verschillende, verrassend leuke horecazaken. Tramhalte naar kust vlakbij. De keuken is zeer groot en goed voorzien van degelijk materiaal. Extra troef: grote boxspringbedden van 1m80! Dat kom je niet vaak tegen in vakantiehuizen. Spijtig dat er maar 1 badkamer is voor 8 personen.

De woning is zeer mooi en gezellig ingericht, voorzien van alle comfort. De infraroodcabine en het bubbelbad zijn een zaligheid na een dagje uitwaaien op het strand. Wij hebben als koppel met 2 kleutertjes enorm genoten!

The property is beautifully presented with a lot of attention to detail. It's comfortable and spacious and exactly as described. The owner was helpful with all needs. WiFi is weak which is a shame.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Nieuwpoort. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim genoeg voor en gezelschap van 6. Fijne bedden, ruime badkamer en sauna. Sauna deed het niet volledig maar was niet storend. Ook een ruime keuken met voldoende borden, bestek en keukgerei. Omgeving nieuwpoort is een fijne plek met goede uitvalsbasis naar middelkerke en westende.

Het huis is ok. Spijtig dat de douche niet bruikbaar was, maar dat waren omstandigheden buiten de eigenaar om. Het erras op de eerste verdieping hebben we sporadisch gebruikt, we dachten dat het gekoppeld was aan tuin wat niet het geval was. Het werden aangenaam verrast met een welkoms flesje. We vinden de prijs zonder reductie misschien wel net iets te hoog. We hebben aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Perfect voor een wandeling naar Nieuwpoort bad. - luxe faciliteiten zoals de infraroodsauna, massagedouche en whirlpool. Zeer fijne extra - heel gezellige inrichting. Rustgevende kleuren en veel gezellige kaarsjes om s’avonds aan te maken. Open haard: top - keuken heel uitgebreid en alles aanwezig - gastheer heel vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar als je vragen hebt. Zo was het geen probleem dat wij een uurtje later konden uitchecken. Lekkere attentie in de frigo - huis was zeer proper, wat belangrijk is zeker in deze coronaperiode Boek zeker dit verblijf voor een zalig verblijf aan de Belgische kust. Een aanrader
