Blue Turtle Villa at The Tides of Vaca Cut (Unit #4), is a brand new 5 bedroom 4 bath home with a private pool, boat slip, all the toys for the perfect vacation ~ paddle boards, kayak, giant Jenga, giant connect four, ping pong and more! Perfectly situated on the water with stunning views, sunrise and sunset colors, and direct quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico!
This gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 4 full baths with upscale décor and modern coastal feel, has 2293 square feet of living area and features an expansive master suite with a King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking Vaca Cut. There is a Junior master on the main level also with a king-size bed and en suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath to sleep 3. There are 6 TVs (living room has cable, the others are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon. There is an electric car charger (extension cord not provided).
The Blue Turtle Villa boasts open living space, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar entertainment area, a large balcony on each floor, and a private pool. The ground level has a large covered area with seating, a grill, and a fenced yard. Lots of parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Gated entrance. The Tides at Vaca Cut community has a gated entrance, private dock access with 30' of assigned dockage with power and water, whips for your boat, fish cleaning tables, and a waterfront gazebo. Situated in the heart of the Florida Keys within walking distance to restaurants, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and various water activities, while a short drive to Sombrero and Coco Plum Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Islamorada (40 minutes), or Key West (1 hour).
The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook and more (dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, Vitamix Blender, food processor, crockpot, fondue pot, air fryer, pressure cooker, hand mixer, Keurig for your coffee, kids dishes, bartender tools). Outside gas grill, meat smoker, BBQ cooking accessories, bait freezer, and lots of games to enjoy with your family (giant Jenga for outside, giant connect 4, corn hole, mini golf putting, paddleboards, life vests, ping pong table, beach chairs, beach umbrella).
The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week plus tax and processing (prorated for longer stays).

We stayed in this home for a week with my family (6 adults and 4 children) and we all enjoyed it very much! The views are spectacular, especially sunsets at night; the home was immaculate and well equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need on a vacation. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen to be as well stocked with culinary items as our own home. The beds were all so comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked too. We LOVED the location, watching boats come and go, even though we didn't have our own. And you can walk to a fantastic little place across the bridge to have ice cream and tour a beautiful gift shop. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a 5-star vacation!!

My recent stay in the Florida Keys was absolutely wonderful, thanks to this fantastic vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen, the well-stocked closet with pool floats, beach blankets, chairs, and anything else you would want to enjoy a day on the water! A minor downside was a busy road nearby which could be seen and heard from the backyard, but it didn't detract much from the otherwise tranquil setting.

Very clean and so many vacation home extras. From an experience of renting a house last year that gave us 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom and no other extras, this house's extras were refreshing. We enjoyed Marathon and made it to the Dry Tortugas, Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Comfortable beds, very nice finishes and beach home art & decorations, and an awesome deck that looked over Vaca Cut. Super happy with our choice to stay here!

Loved the layout of this house. Plenty of room for 12 people. Modern, clean, spacious with a ton to do for the kids with safety locking gates for little kids that was a relief to have being on the water and with a pool. Was just as nice or nicer than pictures showed. All sorts of games, ping pong, pool toys, floats, beach items etc provided which was convenient. Easy convenient location to park boat at. Nice balcony views of water and pool below. House manager very easy to work with, responsive to questions, and made for hassle free check in and out. Would definitely go back to this house.

From the moment we booked the property, Meredith and team were wonderful to work with. The house was clean, spacious, and close to many activities. We booked with another family, and had 4 adults with 4 kids(5-12 years), and we all had a blast. The adjacent dock allowed for fishing, and had lots of marine life at night. We stayed a week, and it was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this property for a family celebration. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to enjoy either being together as a group or spread out doing our own thing.
The home's decor was lovely and the home was well-maintained and very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. We had all of the dishes and appliances available that we could have possibly wanted. Most of us were here from a colder climate, so we especially enjoyed the pool (which we had heated) and outdoor seating possibilities throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the games and pool toys from the downstairs game closet.
Communication with Meredith was quick, easy and thorough. We needed to reschedule shortly after our original booking and she made that happen with ease.
She also provided several very clear communications in the week leading up to our booking with information we needed to gain access to the home and gave us an opportunity at that point to add heating for the pool, which we hadn't originally requested.
We would highly recommend booking the Blue Turtle Villa at The Tides.

It is beautiful. Home is well maintained and decorated beautifully. Views are lovely. We had the pool heated and was perfect. Handyman made himself present, answered all questions and helped with inflating paddle boards. Our family loved the house and hated to leave.
The only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 was my interaction with the property manager via text. For a a simple question, yes or no, I was returned with dialog that was rude and offensive. We were fortunate to have the friendly helpfulness of the wonderful handyman and gardener to help with 2 other small issues. All in all this is a wonderful house with great amenities and you’re sure to enjoy every minute of your time here!

We rented this beautiful home for a multi generation vacation. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The home is very well equipped and just very comfortable. Our party ranged in age from 2-79 years.
The pool area is fantastic as are all of the items available for swimming, fishing and playing games.
We all agreed that we would definitely rent again. As an added bonus Key West was a great day trip.

Everything was perfect with this property. They have EVERYTHING you would ever think of. We overpacked not knowing the selection of things that would be there. From family games, to pool equipment, fishing equipment and a fully well-stocked kitchen! We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years and this one is definitely one of the best... TOP NOTCH!

Excellent Family Getaway!
The property was first-class and in a great location. We stayed there with 9 family members and had an excellent time. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. We also rented a boat for the week and it was great having the dock right there to head out for snorkeling and fishing. Highly recommended!

Loved the important extras- Ice chests, beach towels, plastic plates for children, baby gate, pack n play, plenty of laundry detergent, coffee filters, dish soap, pool toys…. Also, the property manager responded quickly to questions.

Great family gathering place
We had three generations of family with plenty of room and so many fun options. Our large group of 11 used the kitchen continuously and hung out at the pool at all hours. We fished off the dock and caught the most beautiful sunsets every day. This is a welcoming home that I highly recommend!

Amazing place for boaters, and families!
We loved the property, and really enjoyed the layout of the house. It's wonderful having the dual master suites, and a larger bedroom on the main floor. The home was equipped with everything you could ever want, and we had a blast entertaining family and friends for two weeks.

The perfect vacation getaway for friends and family!
We loved the house and location. We went deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and chartered a catamaran for a sunset cruise. The week was relaxing and adventurous and the house was the icing on the cake!

Excellent property. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was. Loads of necessities taken care of, only think we had to get was food, drink and ice. Well maintained, great view and very comfortable.
Bathroom on the pool level would've made it perfect.
