An elegant decorative, stone fireplace adds natural beauty to the north wall of the great room.
The open floor plan leads into the kitchen built for a chef! Custom-built cabinetry, ample counter top space and a large island with seating will have you eager to start preparing your next meal. Stop at a local farmers market and stock up on fresh produce and really “take a bite” out of the Finger Lakes! A formal dining table faces the lakeside window for stunning views while enjoying your favorite meals.
Off the living area, the master bedroom featuring a king bed, beautiful lake views and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub completes the main level of this home.
A wooden staircase leads to the lower level. An additional four bedrooms can be found on this floor and offer the perfect blend of lake and garden views.
The fun doesn't stop from here! Outside, a beautiful deck allows you to enjoy your own little piece of heaven. At the lakefront, take a dip in the cool waters, sun bathe on the dock, or bring your favorite yard games from home to play with family and friends – there's countless ways to create memories when you're at Endless Summer!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft are not available between October 15 - May 15*
