A pleasant stay. No issues. Only gripe was that it was expensive for what we got.

Conveniently located next to the train station. Clean flat. All fittings and furnishings look new/well kept. Good communication from the owner.

No shower gel provided, so we ended up using the hand soap from the basin. Nice coffee pods provided, as well as tea bags and sugar, but no milk/creamer. There was no shop nearby, so whilst the coffee looked good, we didn’t try it in the end. A few small extra touches like this would have made the stay perfect, and worth the expense.

Pleasant

Good location and very spacious apartment. Lovely view of castle from lounge window.

For over £150 a night I would have expected some milk for tea/coffee and some complimentary shower gel/shampoo/conditioner etc. You can clearly here apartment above through ceiling. Got woken up a couple of times during the night by someone getting out of bed and walking around.

Modern, spacious, really good facilities and a great location

Most rooms had cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings. Despite this the rest of the apartment was clean and finished to a high standard & spec

It could be so much better given a little thought.

It’s a nice apartment, well located for access to Arundel and Goodwood, the purpose of our visit, just 20 mins on Saturday morning (early) to get to Goodwood House. Free parking on the doorstep

It’s poorly set up with furnishing, a ridiculous excess of cushions everywhere to the extent that there is virtually nowhere to sit. A pointless settee in the bedroom also filled with cushions and an imitation plant, the room needs some drawers, either a chest or dressing table. Nowhere to hang any outdoor coats, other than in a wardrobe, a simple row of coat hook needed in the hallway. Also very disappointed at the lack of provision of shower gell/shampoo, we arrived late on Friday evening after an horrendous journey three and a half hours, rain all the way, no way of having a shower before an early start on Saturday.

Sunny little apartment in Arundel

Modern, sunny little apartment just a 10 minute walk from Arundel town - clean and attractively furnished. Parking space a real bonus and right opposite the station (although you can't hear the trains)

Lovely place , great feeling about it , very clean and comfortable , has everything you need , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... Would definitely recommend with no hesitation

Great stay had a chilled out time with my daughter in this smart modern apartment for a weekend

It was easy to find and lovely and clean from the entrance and throughout this smart flat. Parking was great and the town was just a short walk away . Arundel.was buzzing for christmas. The co op is close for supplies. Its was lovely and warm, all aspects were snart.

There was no milk provided which would have been welcome as we arrived quite late Staying with my adult daughter, i used the sofa bed . There is a street light next to the window in the lounge which gives off a yellow orange light through the smart slatted blind all night. A black out blind or curtains would be really welcome if using the sofa to keep the room dark.

Pleasant, Clean and comfortable

It was a very pleasant, clean and comfortable apartment.Although situated near the railway station the bedroom was at the back of the building so it was very quiet and we slept well. If we visit Arundel again we would definitely try and stay there.

Nothing really. There have been comments about its location, but it took us only 12-15 minutes to walk to the Centre.

Very good other than the bed.

Ticks all the boxes for somewhere clean and comfortable to stay near Arundel with parking. It’s a very safe and easy walk into Arundel, so a good location.

The very small double bed. We felt a king size bed would be much better and more comfortable. It’s a large bedroom so there is plenty of space for one. For this reason we did not sleep well so would not stay again.

Adequate for a Short Stay

Roseland Apartment 4 is one of four apartments in a building right opposite the Arundel train station a little way out of the centre of Arundel but within a very easy, level walk. The apartment is relatively new, basically furnished and equiped which we found adequate for our two night stay as we did not spend much time in the apartment.

The kitchen and most especially the oven were not as clean as I would have liked and the shower would have benefited from a good clean to remove fungus around the door and lime scale from the floor and shower head which spouted water in all directions. There were no cleaning products other than dish liquid and there was no broom or dustpan so we were not able to clean the bathroom or sweep up crumbs for the floor during our stay.

Generally adequate, but disappointing

Private parking space. Free wi-fi. Presented nicely. Well-equipped kitchen. Strong/effective shower. Decent storage for clothes in bedroom. Responded quickly when problem reported.

Lack of welcome pack, not even a small milk + biscuits, just 1 sheet of paper with wi-fi password and contact number. No local information. Limited instructions available for use of equipment. Very little provided for cleaning purposes, not even paper towel & household wipes. A few basic toiletries would have been a nice touch, perhaps with a shower cap. Strange choice of reading material, better omitted altogether e.g. 2 random volumes from Children's Encyclopedia Britannica - bizarre given children not allowed. Very noisy main road when windows open.

Nat, Woking

Great location even though right next to a train station it was quiet. Very modern decor. Bed was so comfy and cosy. We had a lovely stay.

.Just a few petty comments. The toilet was a bit dusty and the shower wasn't very hot. The Nespresso machine didn't work. Kids upstairs running up and down. Could do with a standing mirror in the bedroom. This wouldn't stop me from visiting again though
