It was good to checkout the area of famagusta and drive around surrounding areas . It has a different feel to south Cypr

Great location on the beach . Nice cold outdoor pool to swim in as well as an indoor heated pool and on the beach . Clean room , friendly staff. Great food on the buffet and lots of it . I liked that the chefs came to the buffet topping up so you could see and chat to them . Great bar with sea views lots of choices on cocktails . Reasonable prices . Also lots of sun beds and chairs with parasols so no rush to reserve lol

Not a lot to put here to be honest . Would be good if they had crisps as well as nuts to go with drinks at bar as I can eat nuts . Small issue Also worth knowing they don’t want you to go to supermarket and buy your own things to eat or drink . It’s not expensive in hotel but I bought own crisps as they never had as I mentioned

Location. Accessible beach. Rooms are pleasant and clean. Reception and spa staff very helpful. Great massage. Nice to see familiar faces here.

Restaurant and waiters offered a very dissatisfying service compared to the fantastic standard I have received when staying here before. Overall it was a real let down and stressful. There have been two waiters one of which I have seen before on a previous visit that have been helpful but that is it.

APPRENEZ L'ACCUEIL DU CLIENT A VOTRE PERSONNEL !

Cet hôtel est le meilleur hôtel de Famagouste C'est le seul au bord de la mer Il est juste à côté de la Ville Fantôme de Varosha où j'adore me promener Il est aussi pas loin de la vieille ville avec ses magnifiques remparts Les buffets sont exceptionnels avec un immense choix de produits Tout était très bon Très belle piscine extérieure L'eau était à 23 degrés La mer à 25 Beau spa avec salle de sport Piscine Sauna Hammam Qui sont gratuits Belle vue sur le lever du soleil

La seule chose que je n'ai pas appréciée C'est la majorité du personnel Qui n'est pas chaleureux Je travaille dans l'hôtellerie Et la chose la plus importante dans ce métier C'est l'accueil ! A mon arrivée à la réception L'accueil a été très froid Ainsi qu'à mon départ On aurait dû me dire Avec un sourire Bonjour monsieur Bienvenue dans notre hôtel ! Ce ne fut pas le cas On m'a demandé mon passeport Ma carte de crédit Et le réceptionniste m'a dit Votre chambre est au 1er étage Ce fut à moi de trouver l'ascenseur Alors qu'il y avait un employé qui discutait avec lui Et qui aurait pu me dire Monsieur je vous accompagne ! Je suis resté 3 nuits dans cet hôtel Et le matin au petit déjeuner J'étais servi par un jeune homme avec les doigts tatoués et une boucle d'oreille Je n'ai jamais connu de ma vie Une telle froideur chez un serveur Je n'aurai jamais eu durant mes 3 petits déjeuner Un sourire de sa part Et c'était très difficile pour lui De dire Bonjour ! On se demande ce que fait ce genre de personne dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres avec vue jardin Sont plus avec vue parking Le jardin étant après J'ai eu la 102 Aucune vue puisque que des arbres sont justes devant la fenêtre Est ce à cause de ces arbres ? La chambre était envahie de moustiques Malgré tout cela J'aimerais bien revenir dans cet hôtel

Great location

Excellent location as it was walking distance to Varosha. The beach was nice and staff were generally friendly. Would recommend the massages as they are good value for money. The breakfast was good and would recommend the desserts in the evening.

Did not get a balcony for our room and the room was a little small.

Noce hotel and beach bars, but the room was quite uncomfortable

Beautiful beach, nice bars and good service.

My room was tiny and with no balcony, although we paid for a balcony. No croissants nor jam and pastries at breakfast, which was mainly based on British standards (eggs, bacon, etc.). The hotel os closed to the Varosha ghost town, sothe view is a little bit sad, considering the historical background

Great place to stay at North-Cyprus

Great location and own beach. Good restaurants only 2minutes walk and bazaar approx 5minutes walk. Varosha ghost town 2min walk only. Free parking!

Check out should take less time. Even if you put do not disturb to door, room service checks your room anyway and puts new bottle of water to your room.

It was incredible! I am picking dates for my next visit there with our extended family.

The breakfast was royal with an amazing mix of cuisines and a live kitchen. So many varieties with ingredients bought off the best companies in town... for example, there were 12-15 kinds of jams! Quality and quantity were too exceptional. I had asked them to do something special for our stay as were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room to junior suite with sea view and put a giant heart-shaped pillow on our bed; it was so kind of them to do that for us. The location is marvelous as well, the view and the silence.... too good.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but I wish they had been a little clear about the indoor pool and gym usage: tdhey are paid and not free. Only massages were marked as "additional price" while I was booking... apparently not!

Very nice hotel with its own sandy beach. Very comfortable room. I upgraded to a sea view which was worth the money to watch the sunrise.

Very relaxing stay as long as I could have air con we will return

Perfect location .

Room was too hot , as balcony’s connected couldn’t open the door so was awake most of night . When it’s a sunny day and sun coming through your window you should be able to have air con on, then the bed had a quilt no sheet on it .
