Nice spacious & modern apartment with everything we needed

Great communication from the moment we booked. Accommodation spacious and modern and met our requirements. Clean and everything we needed for our stay. Good wifi connection. Secure onsite parking so close to centre was a bonus.

Central location to historic area; responsive host

Julie was very helpful before the stay with regard to collecting payment and sending information about how to obtain kieys. She also was very accommodating of our request to leave our bags in the apartment due to our check in/out times. We appreciated this. The apartment is very close to downtown Ipswich historic area (parks, pubs, historic buildings) and the waterfront. Everything was within walking distance. The train station is a 20 minute was away, with a slight uphill area. Not easy when schlepping bags. Apartment has well equipped kitchen and roomy shower. Plentiful hot water. Normal (comfort) height toilet seat.

The location doesn't show up on Google maps correctly. Beware - we ended up in an alley with questionable people milling around. Local woman helped me locate the apartment based on address. Apartment is on same block with the probation office and there were people milling around all day (we were there on weekday), and it was quite loud with shouting. Also, the apartment is directly on the road and traffic noise was loud all day. These were things we could deal with - the one thing in this apartment that wasn't clear from the ad or photos is that the apartment is on multiple different levels - with steps into/out of every room. There is a wooden piece on most of the stops that makes stepping difficult for people with mobility issues (I had injured my knee the week before and had BIG problem especially into the bedroom.) The second major issue is the scented cleaning products. The apartment has extremely strong scents in the area outside the bath/kitchen.

AMazing stay.Used for Ipswich Regent theatre show.

Everything was AMAZING. From directions and key info from the owner to the comfort and facilities of the apartment. Free parking was an absolute bonus. Central for everywhere in Lowestoft. Great stay.

TV -tricky - no Freeview, just through Wifi.

Fantastic beautiful perfect apartment

We liked that it smelled fresh and clean was very nicely decorated and it had everything we needed ie washer dryer dishwasher ironing board iron kettle and the list could go on

There was nothing wrong at all perfect is an understatement

The front door needs a curtain or blind to stop passers by looking straight into the property. We didn’t want to have both internal doors shut all of the time.

Lovely modern apartment in a fabulous location with a very comfy bed.

We were sent clear instructions (with helpful photos) on how to get into the apartment, get through the car park barrier and where to park. The location couldn't be better.

There could do with being a blind on the front door window.

Just right for a few days away

Great location for the centre of Ipswich and the redeveloped Waterfront. Excellent accommodation standards. Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Easy communications.

Really does need a blind over the front door glass and a better/more secure lock to same door. Internal door to living room needs adjusting as it or the frame has warped! Minor things but given the place is so nearly perfect……

Very nice apartment in a central location; close to shops, bars, restaurants

Spacious apartment, well-equipped, nice decor. Great central location with secure parking. Very clear check in guidance with photos to help us arrive with confidence. Lots of nearby places to eat in or take away (we loved the Mariners Restaurant on the quay; and had an excellent takeaway from Kwan Thai).

Be aware it is a central location with single-glazing to the street outside, so there is a fair bit of noise at times. Wouldn't stop us staying again though.

Good location and parking. Very clean and comfortable. Being able to contact the owner (Andy) directly by phone was very helpful.

Being in the town centre meant it was a little noisy. The principal rooms faced directly on to the road so you need to keep the blinds closed for privacy.

Well thought out and very approachable host. Responsive to queries.

A blind to pull down over the glass bit of the front door. If you cross from the bedroom to the rest of the rooms people can see you. There’s a pub up the road and they stare in as they walk past after closing time.

Everything is perfect in this flat!

Great location, pretty close to the city Centre. Decent decoration, modern style. Extremely tidy. I love the bed so much! Let me had very nice sleep. There has a nice car park for free. The landlord is pretty nice and kind. He helped us a lot.
