Getting Around:
The best way to get around the city is by car with ample parking included with your stay.
Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day. Services are available every day from about 5:10 to 12:50 a.m.
You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. You can hop on and off the boats all day, but the tickets are a bit pricey. Each costs $28 per adult and $14 per child.
If your destination is not near a waterway, Sun Trolley offers routes with stops downtown and along the beach, as well as on Las Olas Boulevard. All routes are free except for the Beach Link and Las Olas Link routes, which cost $1 per ride or $3 for a day pass.
For shorter trips around the city, consider reserving a bicycle through the Broward B-cycle bike-sharing program. Broward B-cycle features stations in popular neighborhoods like Central Beach and downtown, making it easy to reach the Museum of Discovery and Science, Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, and other must-see sights. Bike rentals cost $5 per 30 minutes or $50 per day.
Guests can also use a ride-share company like Uber or Lyft with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make sure your time at the villa is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay for any questions or recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

This house met all of our expectations and more!! It was very clean and well stocked with everything that's needed including extra inflatables, shampoos, conditioner, body wash, which you hardly see that anymore in rentals. It also had a first aid kit, which came super very handy as one of my aunt's got a small cut!! It's the little things for me lol!! We felt in love with the back yard, such a great space, we were able to entertain our local FL family. It was just perfect! I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. Upon arrival it had been clearly cleaned well and just as described. Great location, close to the city, airport, beach, as well as other attractions. The pool was perfect for ourselves and small children. The books and toys helped keep our little ones busy as well. We also enjoyed the short walk to a local playground in the evenings. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay with our family for spring break! The house had everything we needed including accessories to bring to the ocean. Our young girls loved the toys, books, and most of all the pool.

I rented this out for a weekend with friends and it did not disappoint! The backyard is spacious and has enough seating. The location is about 15 min to the airport and about 20 minute ride to downtown, the beach, and great restaurants. Martin made sure we had everything we needed and reached out to make sure we settled in okay. There was construction going on, on our street, so Ubers were a little difficult. Other than that a great snag for any gathering. Thanks Martin!

Well kept and maintained little house , the cleaning crew did a outstanding job cleaning the house everything was on point no complains here at all , my only suggestion is to get a bigger bed for the master room other than that everything was on point thank you Martin Hanna for making us feel like if we were at home and communicating with us every day .

Unfortunately, This rental house was located in a neighborhood that
was undergoing replacement of the sewer system. As a result, traffic from a major thoroughfare was detoured down our street causing a constant traffic flow the first two weeks of our stay. The last two weeks there our road was closed except for heavy construction equipment and vehicles as they dug up the street. The noise from 8am to 6pm made it difficult to hold a conversation in the back yard. The continuous dog barking from next store contributed to the noise level as well. Also, the dust and dirt from this project required us to hose down the patio furniture daily and to wash our cars numerous times. The owner knew this project was planned during our stay and didn't make us aware beforehand.
Because the low temperature of the water in the pool (not heated) we were unable to use during our February vacation.
A positive, the owner did rectified our cable tv situation in a very timely manner.

Clean property, close to everything. Great pool although pollen was awful but that’s mother nature. Had everything we needed.
4.8
We had a wonderful visit. The host has plenty of things which made our stay with our 10 month old and 3 year old easier (pack and play, booster seat, kids books, a few toys). The outside space is nice for family dinners and hanging on the patio. We had hoped to use the pool, but even with the outside being in the 80s, the unheated pool was just too cold to be in all the way. Overall a wonderful place to stay close to the airport and Las Olas Blvd.

We met up with our friends from England.
There were 3 couples and we had an amazing time bbqing dinner, , close to grocery store, and amenities.
Beds were comfortable, house was clean and very nicely kept. The outdoor space was fabulous . I made a friend with the bird next door who greeted me each morning 🥰
Martin was a fabulous host responding to any questions I had very quickly.
Thank you so much 🥰

Me and my family came to Ft. Lauderdale for Christmas but a historic cold front came through. The heat was not working and the temps were in the 40's. I called Martin around 8pm on Christmas Eve and he promptly showed up with 4 portable heaters for me and my family. Martin is truly a lifesaver and made our Christmas Eve memorable. The house was fantastic and Martin was GREAT!!

Our entire experience with this property and host was great! House was even better than it appeared in the listing. Tons of extras for us to utilize, which was great! Toys for our toddler to play with, a playpen, board games and pool toys for our entire family to use. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use as well.
This house was very comfortable for us and felt very homey. It was in a great location- close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The host even left a binder at the house that had nearby restaurant and shopping recommendations, which we found very helpful.
The check in and out process was very simple and communication with Martin was great as well. Overall, this we had an excellent experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
