Séjour incroyable mon point de chute à Helsinki

Tout!!! les chambres gigantesques silencieuses Le petit déjeuner impressionnant en choix et qualité La salle de sport génial Le bâtiment L amabilité du personnel Proximité de tout colle à la gare face a l arrêt de bus mais aucun bruit à 5’ de kampi quartier agréable À 15’ du marche sur le port , 10’ de l esplanade entouré de café restaurant et super marché Face au musée ateneum une merveille et à 10’ du musée d art moderne kiusma Jamais vu un hôtel aussi beau aussi bien placé et avec un si bon rapport qualité prix

バスルームのシャワー室の仕切り壁(ガラス)の幅が短かくシャワーを浴びると浴室-トイレが水浸しになる。洗濯物を乾かすヒートパイプがない。宿泊日の予定変更をしたが差額返金がない。階段段差が入館時、館内にありバリアフリーの配慮が不足。ミネラルウオーター(ペットボトル)のサービスがない。

A very bad stay but a very good breakfast, I will not recommend this obviously proud and arrogant hotel.

the breakfast was exceptional

the long waiting time on checking in, matter of understaffed at important times, the room I was given was not the one promised during the preparation exchanges with the staff members, as if these conversations were useless or just for marketing purposes, I manifested my dissatisfaction but nothing was done. not that I expected a room change but a compensation of any kind would have made it better. i hope Scandic will learn from this bad customer feedback.

Great location, worth the price for a few days in Helsinki.

Very central. Early check in was no problem. The room had a garden view, so very quiet, as we asked. Very comfortable bed, clean room with modern bathroom. To and from the airport very simply. The breakfast was excellent.

Over the weekend, the breakfast was quite busy, but with the friendly and helpful staff we found our way to the table.

Kysyin useasti huoneen vapautumista ja pyysin ilmoittamaan, kun huone on vapaa. Luvattiin useamman kerran, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut. Vastaanoton taso heikko. Aamiaisella tuotteet loppuivat.

Aamiaisella monia tuotteita,muttei mitään erikoista.Baari meni kiinni niin aikaisin illalla,ettei sinne enää teatterireissun jälkeen ennättänyt.Henkilökunta vaikutti niin kiireiseltä,etteivät kaikki edes tervehtineet-se tuntui kaikista kurjimmalta,kun oli huoneesta kuitenkin suuren summan maksanut.

Great receptionist ( male with glasses) , friendly and service oriented. Thank you.

Breakfast was good with basic but fresh choices. The breakfast space was great because it spread out so it didn't feel crowded or noisy.

Decided to test room service. We ordered a Grand Charcuterie (kahdelle): San Daniele kinkkua, Spianata Romana salamia, Chorizo Iberico makkaraa, Peltolan Blue sinihomejuustoa, Taleggio juustoa, pikkelöityjä vihanneksia ja viikunahilloa - we imagined a luscious blank of all the mentioned items - however, the size of the plate was a bit stingy and it did not feel "grand" at all. On the contrary, The price , on the other hand , was a bit too "grand". The waiter "Ville" if remembered his name correctly was very friendly and professional .

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksangebot im Herzen Helsinkis.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, zentraler geht es nicht. Die Zimmer sind modern, die Bäder blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, es fehlte an nichts.

Ich habe Mühe mit Gebäuden, wo man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Die Lüftung hat gut funktioniert, aber es ist nicht dasselbe.

Fabulous place - recommend

Lovely room, very comfortable large bed, well appointed bathroom. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice. Very helpful and polite staff. Everything spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to seafront and many sites of interest.

Queues sometimes quite long in reception if you needed to ask a question..but really not a problem to outweigh all the good points.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig.

Wir haben die Unterkunft im Vorfeld zweimal per Mail und zusätzlich zweimal über Booking kontaktiert, um unsere Buchungsdaten aufgrund des Streiks am Flughafen Helsinki, zu ändern. Das Hotel hat auf unsere Anfragen nicht reagiert. Als wir die Mitarbeiter beim Check-in darauf ansprechen, wurde dies einfach abgetan. Beim ersten Duschen lief das Wasser aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses kein bisschen ab und somit war der gesamte Badezimmerboden nass. Generell war das Housekeeping, möchte man es nett ausdrücken „reduziert“. Kein neues Toilettenpapier, kein Reinigen von Dusche und Waschtisch, dreckige Wassergläser (wir haben dann am vierten Tag Aufenthalt mal nach frischen an der Rezeption gefragt).

Central Hotel with great food and space to enjoy yourself after a long day exploring Helsinki.

Central to everything, great sauna, limited gym - but enough space to work out adequately. Breakfast was ample, great choice and plenty space to sit. Attentive staff. Wonderful room. Plenty of room in wardrobes etc.

The corridors are quite long and difficult to navigate !! -

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Hotel in der ehemaligen Eisenbahn Direktion. Das Hotel besticht durch eine Mischung aus Art Deco Architektur sowie einem modernen und behaglichen skandinavischen Design. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und mit schönen Bädern ausgestattet. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Viele Sitzecken für private Gespräche, schöne Bar und schöner Wintergarten. Absolut zentrale Lage neben dem Bahnhof mit kurzen Wegen zu allen wichtigen Hotspots in der Innenstadt und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr/U-Bahn/Flughafenzug. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gerne wieder. Geeignet für Business und Privatreisen.

Great stay in Helsinki!

Polite and friendly staff during check-in. Nice and well-kept building. Very comfy and clean bedroom. Location is perfect, just 10 min walking to Cathedrals and places of interest and just a few steps from Helsinki train station. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I visit beautiful Helsinki again!.

I didn't have time to try the hotel sauna, maybe next time :). there's nothing to complaint about.

駅近でオシャレで清潔！

写真通りのお部屋をイメージしていたので、案内されたお部屋との違いにショックを受けたのですが（勿論、そのお部屋も素敵でしたが）片言の英語でその旨をお伝えするとスタッフの方がとても親切に、いろんな部屋を見せてくれました。結果、納得のお部屋に決まり快適な旅となりました。

シャワーの仕切り（パーテーション）が小さく、かなり注意しても周りに水が散ったこと。
