Our homes features include 2 story vaulted ceilings, large beautiful timbers, river rock fireplaces, huge outdoor fire pit, barn, 1 acre of property, waterfall and a pond. The views from every angle are absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't be happier with our stay here. Incredible mountain views, great location close to the canyons for ski access (and 5 minutes from the ski bus), and perfect for kids. We had 4 couples and 6 young children. The amount of toys for the kids was a nice bonus. We brought the toy box, bicycle, and rocking horse up to the great room, and the kids had a blast while we relaxed with a fire in the beautiful fireplace every evening.

Our 2nd time renting this house, and once again everything was great. Location is excellent for easy access to both canyon roads and resorts. We will be back in March for another week. Highly recommend this rental.

the property location was beautiful but there were issues with the house. The dishwasher was a big issue as it fell out of the cabinet when open. Several times when someone opened the door the bottom rack, full of dishes slid out on the floor. When reported to the homeowner they knew the issue and said to put something under the door. Every closet in the house is locked and no dressers so you don't have anywhere to hang or hang or keep clothes. The second floor too hot to sleep (85 degrees) and the recommendation was to sleep with windows open as they knew there was an issue. There were no rails on the top bunk bed for the kids making it unsafe and impossible to have a child sleep there therefore having to share with an adult. There was no bath soap, the dishwasher was full of the owners dishes when we got there, the coffee pot was left dirty, no paper towels, one hair dryer for the entire house, several missing lights, and the TV in one of the main bedrooms didn't work. There was a heavy snow storm the night before we left that was forecast and not only weren't the walks or drive shoveled by 11:00 when we were leaving but when we got stuck in the driveway, unable to get out, we discovered there was no snow shovel in the garage. After getting no answer from the owner we had to use a dust pan from the kitchen to scoop snow to get our car out of the driveway for almost an hour. This was not the experience we expected for the money it cost. What does VRBO do in these cases??

When you rent a property there always a question in your mind if it will live up to expectations. This property far exceeded our expectations. Tons and tons of room, well stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. perfect kitchen for cooking meals with an adjacent dining table for 10. Lots of area for groups to break out alone. Left wing with 2 bedrooms and sitting room, 2nd floor 2 bedrooms with sitting area and basement big bedroom and family room. Location is great, 9 miles to Snowbird parking lot (suggest valet parking), and food stores nearby. Washer and dryer. I can't say enough. We are hoping to rent this unit again next year for 2 seperate weeks.

The property is outstanding. Terrific home for our large adult family. Easy access to airport and all of the ski resorts south of SLC. Christian was a great host with many helpful suggestions on where to eat with a large group. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a perfect spot for our family while we were in town for an extended family reunion! The owners were amazing to work with and quickly connected with us when we had an issue! The grounds were so beautiful and the view of the mountains we gorgeous to look at each day! I would stay over and over!

I rented this property for myself and a handful of people coming into town for my wedding. It was exactly what we needed. There were some minor AC issues that were addressed promptly by the host. Overall really enjoyed staying here.

Perfect home for our family ski trip. We are 3 siblings, each with our own adult children, who plan a ski trip every year. Christian’s home was perfect for our Utah stay! Plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds, large, well-stocked kitchen. There were even a few different living-spaces, where cousins could hang out, other places to watch tv, etc. The home is very large, clean, on a beautiful property with horses, chickens, and right at the base of the mountains. Little Cottonwood Canyon is 5 mins away, Snowbird and Alta about 20 mins. We had such a cozy, fun family time. Perfect! Thank you Christian!

Christian/Home owner was extremely responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Home was in a great location, close to Snowbird/Alta and close to restaurants. Home was clean and accommodated our large party nicely. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fire pit, chickens in the yard, and the neighboring horses.

Very nice property close to skiing. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and be comfortable. Had a nice park across the street to workout in after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked (need a few more wine glasses!) and easy to cook meals in. Owners were very responsive to any issues that came up. Overall worked well for our group and look forward to renting again for the next time we venture out to UT to ski.

The property was wonderful. The house is big and well furnished. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing at the house after our ski adventures. The house is in close proximity to the ski resorts, so it made it easy to commute to our destinations. I would absolutely stay there again.

This property is absolutely beautiful and has a stunning backyard view of the mountains! The home was well stocked and very clean. It had everything we needed for our large group. The backyard with the waterfall and patio furniture was so pretty and relaxing. The check in/out process was super easy and communication with the owner was exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future.

I want to start by saying that the house and location are incredible! The house is large and has room for people to socialize comfortably, with the kitchen and the living room being ideal locations. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only downside to this house is that it does not fit 16 people comfortably. The listing says it fits 16 people and this is not true (or at least not in beds). There are two pull-out couches with thin mattresses (one in an open area that gets all the noise from the living room/kitchen), and then air beds.

Very nice property with a great view of the mountains and an amazing location. Watched 5 deer out the window one evening in the yard! Hosts were wonderful as well. It was easy access to skiing, rock climbing plus a huge wilderness area with many many trails is practically right outside the door. Wonderful fresh eggs daily from the hens in the discreet but amazing chicken coop. Great stay!
