Exactly what you would expect.

It’s convenient and good value for money - it’s exactly what you would expect!

From a sustainability point of view - please move away from all the disposable condiments at breakfast.

Excellent, I will recommend Ibis to my friends and family.

Tasty breakfast, the croissant is the best. The black coffee was also very good. The girls at reception were great with us.

I have nothing to complain about the breakfast. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

Pleasant

Paying to park in an industrial estate. Booked a double room got two twin beds. New room wasn't the cleanest and no TV remote.. No one at reception waited 10 mins and gave up..

It was a fair enough place for a stopover

It was a halfway point between Bristol airport and exeter and was easy to get to. The two double rooms were clean and fine. late checkin was helpful

It was impossible to get a taxi or Uber from this hotel- not the fault of the hotel but it meant we missed out on getting to Exeter. It felt understaffed although the staff who were there were working hard

I bed comfy hygiene not the best but food and breakfast good enough although choice was limited and breakfast staff clue

Roomy n air conditioning excellent

Cigarette butts in sink waste so full water did not drain away so unable and unwilling to use bathroom-imagine brushing teeth over an ash tray! Shower curtain was stained ginger on the lower edge suggested that it needed to be changed or cleaned window cill covered in dust and dead insects like fruit flies.

Clean and modern Tv had screen sharing Plenty of parking and discounted rate for guest Friendly and helpful staff

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable Bathroom was spotless

The ceiling area and the walls in room were grubby and could do with a lick of paint and I was surprised that noone came in to replenish tea tray etc or check if towels needed changing .the last time I stayed there was the room was checked daily. It was also very expensive to eat there so we ate out

Perfect Location, next to the Industrial States

Perfect Location next to the Industrial estate.

The room was dirty, a lot Off hair everywhere and smelly toilet. The TV wasn't work and the staff give us another room but it's was the same, a lot off hair and very dirty shower. The check out should be at midday but at 10:50am the staff was nockin my rooms door asking at what time a leave.

Disappointing

The bed sheet was clean and the bath room was ok.

The rest of the room wasn't, under the bed was very dusty and bottle tops was under it, the duty manager was incompetent broke a glass of a tray he was about to carry which mashed in front of me and my partner , glass shattered everywhere and round out feet no care given when there was a problem slow to respond to accidents and spillages, no warning of a function that was book previously when having lunch we couldn't hold a conversation as to screaming kids running about the tables, and to top it off when it can to breakfast that was under cooked, the morning staff looked like the couldn't care less and acted like it again there were kids runing around still couldn't hold a conversation , When it came to leave, we handed our room key back the lady on the front desk. Just look at us no words were spoken, and after I said thank you she did not respond. All in all the worse hotel I've ever stayed in and will not be using again once more there was a over night parking charge which was not stated at the time of booking so that was a shock. I had to pay it but was not happy!

The man on the front desk on arrival on the Saturday. Nice bathroom Comfy bed Good location for exploration

'Industrial' decor. It looks as though it isn't finished, with office type desks. Being told untruths by bar staff on the Sun to get out of doing their job ie making drinks. Paying £9pn for parking

underwhelming stay

Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

The reception staff seemed like he didn't want to be there.. the air-conditioning was on the wrong settings so we had to get that rectified. We paid £10 for our dog to stay and she wasn't given so much as a biscuit! didn't seem very dog friendly, which was the main reason we chose the ibis. The room walls looked awful! it's supposed to look industrial I believe, but it just looked filthy and like it was water damaged on the ceiling. Plus £9 to leave your car overnight! so a reasonably priced stay turned out just as expensive as staying at a better quality hotel. The breakfast was average. Very cheap sausage, rubber scrambled egg and had to wait for food to come out. no glasses for the fruit juice either. we won't be using ibis again.

theres no network the rooms have less essential things than other Ibis hotels no tissue no water glasses no cups in the bathrooms too minimalist parking is too expensive based on the good location they have the drain shower was not working

dissatisfied, thought it would be as good as my first stay one yr ago.

decor and food

staff on the first day were rude. paying £9 to stay at the hotel to park my car when it’s remote enough. I stayed at the same time as I did last year and the price has gone up by £80 + £18 to park for the 2 nights, and the service was poor compared to my previous stay, room was freezing when I went in, very disappointing.
