About this house rental

Charming home in a quiet neighborhood. 7 miles to Toyota, 5 miles to the Kentucky horse park, 15 miles to Keenland, 2 miles to Toyota stadium. This house is located towards the end of the street. Home includes wifi, rokus, and cable. Coffee and tea bar with the necessities, 2 parking spot driveway and a entire parking lot down the street for extra parking. There is also a charcoal grill. A few board games and a deck of cards. There is also a fire pit (logs not included) and a charcoal grill. This house has been completely redone and has a nice open concept. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has a twin, living room has a full size pull out bed. All rooms including living room have tvs and rokus. Please make sure the remotes are left in the house. The home includes wifi and cable. Nice coffee and tea bar equipped with sugar, creamer, and coffee. Pets will be allowed if not left alone in home or crated while you are gone.

This was our third time staying at one of Brittany's lovely homes and this home was just as wonderful as her other 2 properties! Very clean and inviting with super comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels, tvs in the bedrooms. Everything worked great, never had any problems. This is just the kind of home that makes a person not want to leave, just so cozy and so many conveniences! Thanks Brittany for being a fabulous host!!

Property was easy to access and was clean upon arrival. Property owner was accomidationg and helpful. Extremely responsive to questions. Property had some cosmetic areas that made it appear as thoigh it was a "quick flip". We would stay again!

This location is in a quiet neighborhood, driving distance to Lexington, in nice historic Georgetown. The home has all the amenities; however, I'd advise you to bring your own soap and shampoo. Very clean, host was communicative! A good place to stay.

It was a nice little home for 6 of us to stay. Perfect for 2 couples and one other person would be comfortable. Nothing bad at all There is a bit of work needed to take care of all the little issues at the house and some more aesthetic things that would make this a 5 star All in all a good house

The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from Lexington and all the attractions in between. The house was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer available. The house was surface clean, however, it could use a good deep cleaning. All in all, it was a good stay.

Fantastic House and Location

The house was amazing. It was clean and beautiful decor. Everything was there that we needed and the property owner was awesome! The location is amazing it’s in the middle of everything and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe! It’s convent to cute little shops downtown and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!!
