Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1750 sq ft brick ranch house with a huge fenced back yard. This property is new to this platform but it has been in operation since January 2020 with 50+ 5-star reviews. Walking distance to Lakeland Cultural Arts Center and the Cryptozoology & Paranormal Museum. Two minutes from downtown Littleton and ten minutes from public boat ramps on Lake Gaston. Bedding, Towels & Essentials included. Sleeps 7 in 4 beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This is a great location to meet up with friends for a fishing trip or as overflow sleeping for the family reunion at your Lake House. It is in a great neighborhood and well taken care of. The house is pet friendly. There is a pet door allowing access to a fenced yard if you chose to open it. The beds are new and comfortable. The house is well stocked. The house was built in 1959 but has had the kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeled. Windows, doors, HVAC, roof, electrical fixtures and floors have all been updated. There is are comfort features like a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer there for your use. Starter supplies are provided . There is a nice open deck in the back with a grill and deck table. The gas for the grill is included.

Tjis home is beautiful and extremely well kept. We only stayed one night but were very comfortable. Kinda wished we had more time to take advantage of all the property had to offer

We had to travel to work in Roanoke Rapids and were unable to send our dogs to their nanny due to a kennel cough outbreak in our area. Gavin graciously hosted us and our 4 large dogs for two weeks with no additional cleaning fee or nightly pet rent (unlike the vast majority of Lake rentals, which adds hundreds to thousands of dollars onto the bill). Thank you to Gavin and the Up the Creek team for excellent communication and providing a safe, quiet place for dogs and their people!

Nice property and great location with very attentive and helpful hosts! Loved Daphne’s coffee shop in downtown Littleton! Great to reserve for a stay with performance next door!

Price was reasonable. House and property were clean and well kept. All amenities were provided. Gavin was totally responsive and checked in with us to make sure we were happy. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit littleton!

Nice and clean. Large back yard. Plenty of room inside and out. Negatives, no gas grill as advertised( pickep up steaks to grill prior to arriving) and security code for the door was incorrect. Had to create an account with Vrbo to be able to reply to host to inform them of the issue. Waited outside of home for an hour trying to resolve issue.

Warning!!!! The pictures DO NOT DO THE HOUSE JUSTICE!!!! This place was AH-MAZING!!! I couldn't believe how clean the home was. Every single thing was labeled and made it easy to navigate.
If we come this way again, THERE WON'T be another place to stay besides this one!!!

Perfect place to take a break from 95
This was our second time stopping at this awesome house on our drive to Florida with our dogs and kids. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and the yard is perfect for dogs. We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and two dogs to take a break on the grueling drive to Florida. The owners gave us lots of information and the house was perfectly stocked. The yard was great for our two dogs. They sniffed to their hearts delight. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, perfect temp. We will definitely stay there again.

Quick but perfect overnight!
My family (4 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs) stayed overnight on our way to the beach. It was a perfect house! The owners have thought of everything! They even have doggie poop bags by the back door! The house was extremely clean, the beds were super comfy, and not once did we feel congested because there is so much space! Not a single complaint!!!

We loved the location and the house is nicely redone. We also loved that we could bring our four legged family member. The only complaint we have is both queen beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. We didn’t get much sleep. This is the only reason I’m rating this property 4 stars overall.

This house was in nice condition and super clean. Our dogs enjoyed the enormous fenced yard and we all enjoyed the property. We had dinner at Waterfront at Lake Gaston and it was close by and the food was great. The little town was easy to navigate and people were friendly. This house perfectly fit our needs for this trip and we would highly recommend.

This house was in nice condition and super clean. Our dogs enjoyed the enormous fenced yard and we all enjoyed the property. We had dinner at Waterfront at Lake Gaston and it was close by and the food was great. The little town was easy to navigate and people were friendly. This house perfectly fit our needs for this trip and we would highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed here with our families to attend a nearby family reunion. The house was a good value for the space. The house is right next to the theater, which would normally be nice and quiet, but they were doing some construction at the time of our stay. There were a couple of issues that I found upon check-in, but the owner responded quickly. The biggest issue was a vehicle left in the driveway from the previous renter. Had we not had three cars, the extra vehicle wouldn't have been a problem, but it made it a little harder to get in and out depending on which car was needed. All in all, we would certainly go back again.

My wife, I and our fur baby stayed here while we were checking out the Lake Gaston area. The house is located in a quint little town in a quite area. It is very clean The house has everything you need to be very comfortable during your stay and a large fenced yard for your pet. The Host is very easy to communicate with and answers your messages promptly. We had an issue with the hot water heater and Gavin, the host, was on top of it in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Good clean place to stay. Great Host

It is very clean The house has everything you need to be very comfortable during your stay and a large fenced yard for your pet. The Host is very easy to communicate with and answers your messages promptly. We had an issue with the hot water heater and Gavin, the host, was on top of it in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Relaxing stay in beautiful home
This home was so spacious and comfortable. Had all the essentials for my getaway from the city. The yard is large and very securely fenced. It was an absolute treat for my city dog. There were even Christmas decorations which was so lovely! I’ll certainly be back in the summertime!
