HOTEL CON MUCHO ENCANTO Y COMODIDADES

Todo era de 10, la distribución, la decoración, el mobiliario, la amplitud de la habitación, la mini cocina con todo tipo de utensilios en donde poder preparar algo rápido o salvar un desayuno. El personal también de 10, acorde con con todo el hotel.

Nada, la estancia ha sido ideal.

Fantastic rooftop terrace in a zen modern decor

The room was actually a flat with a fantastic rooftop terrace, decorated fantastically, very zen atmosphere. I felt like home and didn’t want to leave!

Perfect verblijf met enkele beperkingen

Het mooie gebouw, de inrichting, de uitzonderlijke netheid door dagelijkse schoonmaak, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de indrukwekkende stilte 's nachts niettegenstaande de ligging in volle stadcentrum nabij de winkels en restaurants

Dat er geen permanentie aanwezig is bij de receptie. Het ontbreken van een toilet op het gelijkvloers van ons 'split level' appartement en bij de receptie, voor je kunt inchecken. Het klapbed was behoorlijk comfortabel om in te slapen maar niet zo makkelijk om in- of uit te stappen. Een paar kraakjes in de vloer en enkele traptreden. En dat slechts 2 personen aan tafel kunnen zitten om te eten.

An excellent experience.

Above all, the staff are top tier. Ana and her colleague are very helpful and gracious. The room was clean and well appointed. The windows are massive and allow plenty of light and air into the rooms. Close to shops and restaurants. The stairs to the bedroom may pose an issue for people with limited mobility.

Love this place!

Beautiful duplex apartment with Juliet balconies. Luxurious bedding, well equipped kitchenette. Black out curtains, quiet central side street. Private parking space at reasonable fee. Lovely staff.

La limpieza y estaba nuevo

Aunque se trata de un duplex, la habitación es muy pequeña y la planta baja no tiene uso. La escalera es muy incómoda (abstenerse gente mayor). No hay desayuno, aunque se puede encargar un menu

Zen Experience in Tenerife

A really beautiful hotel located in a quiet street but close to everything. Nice kitchenette that allowed us to cook some simple meals during our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They did something really special for my husband on his birthday and even gave him a gift. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The decor of rooms is very Zen and conducive to relaxation. We wish it had a pool, but other than that it was perfect for us.

Good value for money, will come back if I travel again to Tenerife.

Hotel was very quiet and the atmosphere always relaxed. Perfect location and walking distances to many places, Very good wi-fi and helpful staff (Natasha). Bed was amazing, very new commodities.

Not so easy to park. Air conditioning on lower level was shutting off all the time so we didn't use it (only the upper level, we didnt even bother the staff to look that up). A buffet restaurant for a good breakfast would be awesome...

Good value with penthouse feel.

All felt like new. Very friendly helpful and capable receptionist. Parking car out front in dedicated slot was a real plus at marginally more cost than car parks. Absolutely ideal central location near brilliant restaurants, bars shops and transport.

Luxury city trip

Great city break stay. With a touch of luxury. So well designed. Great relaxing place to stay. Well equipped. Everything you need. We were a family of 2 adults and a child. Perfect for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Wished we had booked longer. Highly recommend

Botique experience luxury level accomodations.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fresh from a nearby bakery and the option was available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day. The room is equivalent to a loft style residence. Most of the areas in the central area of the city can be reached on foot from the hotel, also nearby two main bus stops at the pier and Plaza de Espana.

Taxi drivers had a hard time finding the location even with the street address. This is the only major issue during my stay.

easy quiet comfortable friendly in the heart of old Santa Cruz

as per the images and super clean and quiet. check in was very easy, Natasha at the front desk was very nice and helpful. we managed to book a parking spot right outside the door which was great. the carnival was on at the time but the hotel was as silent as needed for a great nights sleep, bed was huge and very comfy. all round, great stay would go again!

Superb

We really liked staying at Hi Suits. The room was spotless and they welcomed our little pup very well. I worked during the day and they were flexible to move our cleaning times so thank you for that. Everyone was very helpful and the cleaning ladies were very nice to our dog even though he barked at them :)

We liked everything and enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely come back. One note though is that the parking is very expensive but we did find an alternative so it all worked out.

Nice stay again - I can recommend this hotel

This was my second time this year in this hotel. There must be something very good in the hotel if I go to the same hotel second time. Hotel has very good location, is very fresh new and has nice staff.

There was a tiny problem with a noisy youngsters in the night, but hotel stuff could get them silent after a call to the reseption :)

A good central option

The apartment is spacious and comfortable in a convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.The ambience in reception is lovely and relaxing, with incense and Buddha memorabilia. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and is modern and clean.

Coffee pods weren't replenished each day - we had to ask at reception. We felt that poor advice was given regarding parking - we were advised that there was an agreement with the hotel for a carpark nearby whereby the cost was €18 for 24 hours. That seemed expensive and we managed to find one ourselves 5 minutes walk away which only cost €9.85 for 24 hours. We were woken up around midnight each night by what sounded like a refuse lorry outside the building - this obviously isn't the hotel's fault but it might be an issue for light sleepers. One of the curtains in the apartment didn't close so we had to ask reception to fix it - they were able to close it but advised that the curtain could now not be opened.
