Everything was exactly as described by the helpful and gracious property owners. Lower level efficiency unit with plenty of sunlight through walk-out sliding glass door. 10 minute walk to stores/beach/ferry in Manly town center. Beautiful 20-minute ferry ride to Central Quay, Sydney.

Lovely studio unit and a great base to explore Manly and its many walking tracks. Hosts left good supplies of teas and coffee as well as a bottle of wine that we enjoyed. Thanks

We didn’t have a car but we were within walking distance from beaches, restaurants and shopping area. Great location!! The host, Amaya and Simon, are very nice and accommodating. The studio is perfect for short stays and very well equipped. You have the feel of being a local. We hope to be back.

We are well travelled and I have to say that this is one of our favorites. You live like the locals but you are minutes away from the touristy area, Ferry to Sydney as well as from not one but multiple beautiful beaches. The host Amaya and Simon are without a doubt the best host we have ever had. On arrival we were surprised to see a nice Australian wine bottle and two local beers for us. I would strongly recommend this place for a short stay in Manly. You won’t regret it. Thank you Amaya and Simon

Many thanks to Amaya and Simon for being such wonderful hosts and making us so welcome! The Studio is modern, furnished extremely well, and equipped with everything you could need. The location is also great, only 10 minutes walk to the Manly Ferry and 15 to the main beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope one day to return ourselves!

This apartment had absolutely everything we could possibly wish for & more! It was the perfect place to return to after a busy day sightseeing, with a lovely big shower & very comfortable bed! It was in a very quiet road, but only minutes away from Manly harbour, the beach, restaurants, bars & shops! We would definitely return when visiting our daughter in Manly!

This place is an amazing spot located a short walk to everything on offer in Manly. Our staff member who was travelling from overseas had an amazing stay. Hosts were friendly and quiet. Super cute dogs roamed the backyard (but were in their own contained area separate to the studio). Great value for money. Would stay again. If you are after a studio in an apartment building this studio is located on the ground level of a house.

We LOVED this little studio, just what we needed for a visit with our daughter and her family. It was within walking distance of her home as well as beaches, shops and restaurants. The studio was clean and so comfy. We were provided with everything we needed for our 15 day stay. The privacy was exceptional and it looked out on a beautifully landscaped lawn. We also loved the occasional “hello” from Margot the dog. ☺️ We plan on a return trip to Manly in the future and will definitely book here again.

The space was the perfect size and the host was very nice. It was a quick walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants in Manly. We were also very close to the Manly Warf which drops you right in downtown Sydney if you want to see the city. 10/10 would stay here again!

My Mum & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable with the decor reflecting the beachside lifestyle. The apartment itself is only a short, pleasant walk from Manly Wharf and the local restaurants and shops.

This property is in a great location and has been completed to a high standard. The room is light and airy, the facilities in the kitchen of good quality, the shower is great. The hosts Simon and Amaya were friendly and accommodating and their two dogs were a treat. Good value for money and a fantastic location for any trip to manly. I would highly recommend it.

The studio is perfect for one or a couple. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. Comfortable bed and beautiful shower. Lots of little extras in the kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood with a 20 min walk to the beach or ferry or Manly shops. A Maya and Simon were very attentive hosts without being intrusive and the lovely dogs give you a wonderful greeting when they are out in the garden. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I loved this studio apartment. It was exactly as the photo showed, immaculate.It was comfortable and cosy at a very reasonable price and so close to Manly Shopping, Eateries and Ferries. Definitely will be coming to stay again.

This studio accommodation is outstanding! It was clean, well setup and had everything you need for a getaway. We stayed for four nights, wish we had booked for 7 as there was so much to see and do. We will be back so we can see more of Manly. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay so much better than we thought.see you next time 😊

I stayed here whilst visiting my daughter from the UK. Having lived in Manly, I knew the area well…and it’s lovely. Simon and Amaya were perfect hosts and if I ever needed anything they were keen to help make my stay even better. The Studio is a calm retreat at the end of busy days. If I visit on my own again, I’d definitely stay here. Thank you to you both
