The floor plan contains 1,525 square feet of comfortable vacationing space - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The interior's light, pastel colors give it a welcoming ambience, which you can truly enjoy while lounging in the living room. The primary bedroom features a front terrace, perfect for indulging in the crisp Delaware air. The screened porch and open-air deck houses comfortable seating and dining space for the best options for outside enjoyment Each bedroom as well as the living area has its own TV. There is a 55-inch smart TV in the living area with a Blu-ray player and another TV in the primary bedroom. All bedroom TVs feature a DVD player, meaning everyone in your group has options to view their favorite shows.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only).
The fireplace is no longer available to use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

This is a very pretty property. End unit with a pond outback and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. Comfortable place to stay and would definitely come back.

It's an end unit, so you see landscape from most windows and it's quiet. THEY ALLOW DOGS. The furniture is comfortable and practical. Beds are excellent. Kitchen is well stocked.

The house was dirty when we checked in. There was sticky residue on the dining table, dirt on the floors, sheets were crumpled and the comforters smelled of dirty wet dog. The worst part was dog urine smell!! I immediately called vacasa to let them know. The cleaning crew came out but they could do nothing about the awful smell of the entire place. A renter prior to us let their dogs urinate all over the carpets. We were absolutely blown away by the urine smell our entire trip. Please do something about this property! The smell will knock you over! Vacasa agreed to compensate us but I've yet to see it.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the fireplace, the family room furniture, and the screened in porch. Our only issue was the lack of pantry/cabinet space for food supplies, though we don't eat out as much as the average vacationers so it probably wouldn't bother others. We had a great time and hope to stay here again!

Ideal location to Bethany Beach! Beautifully decorated and comfortable 1st floor condo for our family of 4 and dogs. We enjoyed cycling and walking around clean, well maintained neighborhoods. Visited off season, calm and peaceful setting. Condo’s screened porch and deck offered plenty of outdoor spaces. Enjoyed our quick getaway. Great proximity to Bethany, Rehoboth Beach, restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to returning next summer.

The home was perfect for my family and I! 5th time at Bethany. Only downfall is closing October Glory to renters! With COVID and all still lingering why crowd everyone at the Pavilion pool? October Glory pool was never crowded!! This is why 4 stars…. Otherwise perfect place to vacation!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it! The house has everything you could ever need and more! Short walk to the pool and only 5 min drive to Bethany Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it was a plus having a corner unit within close proximity to the dumpster for trash take out. We will be staying here again and again!

Well decorated and maintained condo. We especially loved the reclining chairs in the living room and access to Netflix. We were there in the off season, but the proximity to the pool would definitely be amazing in the summer. Our dog enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t thank you enough for making this vacation spot a home away from home👏🏾. The pictures did not show the warmth and details of it all. The place was spotless (I have OCD for cleaning, and my cleaning supplies stayed in my car). My family and I wanted for nothing as the house was fully stocked with all the amenities and comforts from home. I brought my 10 month old mini schnauzer and she also had a ball trotting through the house, and hanging out on the patio catching raising and watching the sun go down. Each area and bedroom was tastefully decorated with the most divine antique furnishings and modern style of love and enthusiasm for the overall decor. The colors throughout the space filled my heart with joy as they were identical to the colors in my own home😃. If you love to cook, no need to hesitate for anything as this place had it all and then some. I booked this trip bc I needed to decompress and that’s exactly what I did. The delightful community was another treat as my pup and I was able to meet the most wonderful families during our early morning strolls in our short stay on the property. The staff at the pavilion were friendly and cordial and were quick to answer any questions I had. Last but not least, Robin fm Vacasa Mgmt, THANK YOU for making this process so easy for me & my family to enjoy so whole heartedly. We were sadden to leave, we can not wait to book this place again and again. My early birthday prayers were answers on this trip. I hope everyone gets to enjoy Oceanview DE, b/c I did.

Checking in
Never received the check in instructions. Told them at the office, they were going to resend, still never received them. My email is working fine, received other emails all week long. Changed to my friends email address, she received the check out info, but we asked for the check in info to be reset, she never received it either. It did take 3 days for they to reply to our request for hot water, we figured it out the next day. Not sure why it had been shut off, same with the water the first day.

Comfortable, close to amenities.
We enjoyed our stay, having a screened porch makes for really nice mornings! We would rent again, just wish Bear Trap Dunes didn't charge extra for use of swimming pools etc.. It's an added fee on top of the more than fair rental fee.

Very easy check-in process.
Master bathroom shower stall track slime and mold. Gas grill tank empty and extremely dirty. Kitchen floor not throughly clean, looked clean but when wiping up a spill rag full of grime. Hair and dirt along woodwork in Master bathroom.
Found a few dishes and coffee mugs dirty.
Coffee pot turning on and off. Could be more bowls. One shuttle driver drove too fast and one did not get out to assist with loading or unloading beach gear. Shuttle too far of a drop off and pickup at the beach.
