Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Enjoyed the view of the beach. However
We would not stay there again unless the carpets are replaced in both bedrooms black spots on them. Also guest bathroom was dripping and toilet kept running.

The condo was very clean, very spacious for two couples, and the view was amazing. It was well stocked with paper products, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The furniture was very comfortable, and we had a great time. Just a heads up, though - the assigned parking space is pretty tight. There is a wall of cabinets on one side, another car very close to you on the other side, and - when we were there, anyway - there was some construction equipment stored in the end of the space. We couldn't open some of our car doors, and the back end of the car was sticking out of the space by a couple of feet. We managed, but anything bigger than a Subaru Outback might be another story!

Thoughtful and convenient amenities
This is the first rental property at sea colony where we have had plenty of (good) toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. We usually have to make an emergency run to CVS to stock up. In addition, this condo was very nice, the kitchen was modern and both bathrooms were very elegant. Will definitely stay there again!

You cannot beat the location. With direct ocean views, large balcony, and comfortable space, the condo is excellent. It is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, and the Sea Colony amenities are excellent. Covid protocols are excellent and everyone is supportive of them.

Two brown lazy boy chairs and very hard old mattresses made for less than enjoyable experience. Overall, good experience. Just wish it was updated for the comfort one expects at this price range.
