We stayed here a whole month during the Summer. The main issue is that the A/C doesn't reach the top floor so it was a little miserable during the night for the 2 upstairs bedrooms (the 2 King rooms). The owner sent an A/C person out who switched the outdoor filter (which was completely blocked because it was so dirty, but it didn't help the upstairs. Basically, they need another unit for the upstairs alone to be able to cool efficiently. The second issue was that there was an infestation of ear wigs & several spiders downstairs in the kids bunk room/basement. The owner sent an exterminator out, but because it's not taken care of on a regular basis it didn't help our stay. Also - the first time we used the outdoor grill it caught on fire, due to the fact of how caked on the grease was & dirty it was. The owner came out and brought a brand new grill. They also fired their cleaning service since this house was covered in dust and was not clean when we checked in (ie. - clumps of hair in the corners, dirty carpets & thick level of dust on furniture. All that being said - the owners were very helpful throughout these struggles. I hope the new management company they hired will do a better job in the future. I just think the owners need to keep a better eye on things and update a few things. The windows need to be professionally cleaned outside and the sheets have holes in all of them. Cleaning services just do so much and don't do a deep clean most of the time.

The house was more than expected and offered wonderful views and plenty of space and comfort for our family of 10. I would stay again.

I was surprised because the property looked a lot bigger in the photos, but there was plenty of room for my family. If you are bringing additional cribs to the one included in the Vrbo you have to get a little creative with where you put them in the rooms. The location is amazing! My family was within 2-8 minute drive to each of our family reunion activities. The Vrbo has a beautiful view in the back yard and there is a walking trail that is just 10 feet from the door. Plus where this Vrbo is located in the complex you have privacy when you want to hang out in the hot tub without any cars driving by to see you. Overall, my group had an amazing time and we will want to come back for future adventures!

Over all excellent property for group stay. Queen size bunks were nice feature. Only had 2 adults and 1 infant in the bunk room. 8 people in that room would be extremely tight but doable with kids but probably not adults. Kitchen was one of the best stocked as far as dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. Only had 2 vehicles, 1 most days. Driveway a little tight especially if neighbors using the shared driveway space. We do 3 to 5 VRBO's per year. Betsy was one of the most accessible host we have had experience with. Job well done

We loved everything about this house. The location and layout of the house was perfect for our two families. Well stocked kitchens for cooking group dinners. Lots of amenities that you typically don't find in a rental. A large garage to keep skis and boards. And the hottub with the view was amazing! We hope to return again next year!

Great house. Only thing was that one of the beds was broken. Owner replaced it after 2 days but she said she didn’t know about it. She responded to us and did her best.
