Enjoy Aggieland in style in this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 2 living area, 2 dining area home in the historic Southside District of College Station. This historic home was built in the 1930s (remodeled 2020) with a new addition completed in 2020. This home is walking distance to Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, and the Texas A&M Golf Course. This property is the perfect place to stay for Aggie Gamedays, graduations, weddings, or youth sports leagues. However, this property is not to be used for parties, events, electric vehicle charging, or data/crypto mining.

The house is great and has plenty of bathrooms which made everyone’s getting ready time so easy. The location was very convenient to our music festival. Many extras in the kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. I would stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! The house was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. We had five families staying here and never felt crowded. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was very nice and had everything that was needed to have our cookout. Had few small issues. TV not working and water pressure in upstairs bathroom. Contacted the owner and he was very quick to respond and even was able to show up at the property to fix these issues quickly. Didn't bother anyone with staying there. Property owner communicated very quickly from booking to check out. Definitely will stay here again come game day!!

Our family has a tradition of staying together anytime one of the kids graduates from college, we spend quality family time and celebrate the graduate. Will’s place was perfect for our gathering. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a very spacious family area and a great kitchen with everything you need. My sisters kept complementing me for finding the perfect house to stay. To top it off, the house is right up the street from the A&M campus!

The beautiful Oakdale property we rented in College Station was perfect. Will Deweese was the consummate host. He was available with restaurant suggestions, just a phone call away with any questions, even brought us some Auburn swag on Gameday. The house surpassed our expectations & was even more beautiful than the pictures. And, we could walk across the street to Kyle Field & campus. It was spotless, very well stocked, 5 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms, nestled in a lovely neighborhood. We would highly recommend this property to a large group like ours that wants to be in walking distance of campus 😊

This is a beautiful house in a great location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful while we were here so we really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. We would love to come back!!

We’ve stayed at this property two years ago and it remains an ideal house for a large family gathering. Excellent kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Lots of different community spaces for groups to gather.

Our family had to come in for a funeral and it was a great house for us to gather together and get through a difficult time. Lots of space and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again! Will was very responsive as well.

We were attending a wedding in CS and needed a place that would accommodate several families, and be accessible for elderly parents. This house worked perfectly—plenty of bedrooms and baths, with large gathering areas for the family to congregate. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Very clean with ample parking. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The house has very nice updating! It is in a great location for walking to the campus. We enjoyed the openness of the great room, dining and kitchen area. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house overall. We had an issue with the garage remotes that were not there upon our arrival and the ovens needed some additional cleaning, which the owner was receptive to as well as some overflow sleeping stored in the living room. We were able to communicate about that with the owner. We did find an excess of drinks; etc. in the refrigerator so food storage was limited as not knowing if previous renters should have taken it out or was available. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy family and friends; this is it.

This home is ideal for a large group gathering. The home is exceptionally clean and well equipped. There are multiple common areas both inside and out with plenty of comfortable seating where large groups can gather. The kitchen and great room are every cook’s dream. Spacious, high end appliances and counter space for miles!!!! We had a 96 year old grandmother who uses a walker and 10 year old boys in our group of 10. This spacious home was a perfect accommodation for all. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the Texas A&M campus, it was a short 5 minute drive to the baseball stadium. We would definitely recommend this home!!

I wanted to get away for the weekend with my kids and family for a daughters 18th birthday. The house was exactly as described online. It was very spacious for my whole family. All the places we wanted to go to in College Station was located about 5 or 10 minutes away which made it even better for the stay. I loved spacious kitchen also.
