Waterville USA/Escape House is less than two miles east with waterslide attractions like Crystal Waters River, Dune Racer, and Flowrider, plus Escape House Waterville, where you and your friends have 60 minutes to solve codes and puzzles to escape the room - if you can!

It was an okay place, right across the street from the beach was the only good thing about this place. The cleanliness was absolutely horrible! Not enough towels for a family of 5 staying for 5 days. Very outdated condo could use a lot of repairs.

My family and I just got back from our vacation. The walls in this condo were extremely thin. You could hear everything going on in the rooms around you and we kept getting woken up from the people in the room above us. We called to get directions from the condo to the public beach entrance because we had never been to Gulf Shores before and had no idea where anything was. They were not very helpful. Not sure that we will ever stay here again.

There is much care needed for this condo. The furniture was extremely old and broken! It is in need of some new furniture, updated appliances, as well as better cleaning of facility. The sheets on the beds didn't even fit correctly. We encountered that the air conditioning system could not keep up with the demand....UPDATE THE UNIT! Truly enjoyed our time at the beach and entertainment, however the stay in the unit wasn't the best!

The condo and decor were so cute. Its a nice little place. Beds were not comfortable though and sleeping 6 was virtually impossible bc the pull out sofa bed was broken and not really usuable for 2 kids. The recliner was broken so my 16 yr old ended up on the floor laying on throw pillows as a "bed" and there were not enough, nor suitable blankets really. It was not worth the $$$ we paid honestly.

It was clean, furniture a little worn out and bed as well. But was clean. Little warm as the temperature was pre set to 75 degrees. But walking distance to most of everything you need. Would stay again for sure.

While the pictures are accurate, the spring pops out of the bottom of the yellow chair shown when you sit down, and you’re practically sitting on the floor. While it “sleeps 6”, there were not 6 pillows. The pillows provided were old, flat pancakes. The tv’s required troubleshooting on several occasions (the suggested steps didn’t work), and the batteries were dead in one of the remotes. There is a cracked tile in the master bedroom and the pieces wiggle if you step on it. Each morning starting at 4:30, loud trucks began banging and beeping (emptying dumpsters and backing up) across the street. Twice during our stay, the water was shut off, which did not affect us as we were out and about. The management company was excellent, responding promptly when I reached out, and letting us know about the water leak. I wouldn’t stay here again. Compared to other places I’ve stayed, it seemed little effort was put into the comfort of the guest…just provision of the bare minimum accommodations.

The room was great for our group of 5 adults. It was spacious and the two rooms with two baths/showers made it ideal for getting ready in the morning or freshening up after coming back from activities. 3 TV's also allowed everyone to watch what they wanted at night without arguments. The unit was clean and parking underneath was a nice bonus. The two pools were great to relax in after coming back from being at the beach in the salt water. Access to the beach was easy and literally no more than 5 minutes away. Access to pretty much everything else was within an easy 15 minute drive. We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Everything was so clean ! The only down fall was the sheets on the bed. They didn’t fit correctly and kept coming off during the night ! There is no beach access so keep that in mind !

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location & was very clean. We had plenty of towels & washcloths. They also left us an extra trash bag, dish soap, new sponge & DW detergent along with soap, shampoo & conditioner. I wasn’t sure if all that would be provided but it was. The AC worked good! The place is smaller than it looks in pictures but it was perfect for our family of 4!

Cute condo. Short walk to public beach. Beautiful view. Clean, nice pool area. Had a little trouble with the locking mechanism on the sliding glass door. Also had some trouble with the mattress fitted sheets not fitting properly. Everything else was fantastic. Definitely would stay again.

Staff was very helpful! Plenty of space and right across the street from the beach. It was an easy walk. We did have the issue with the sheets not fitting on the bed that I had read in other reviews. Other than that it was perfect!
