Amazing place! Just as pictured. Super comfy. Updated. Modern. Minimalist while homey. Great way to comfortably stay with two couples. Every communication was answered within minutes. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Naples. The Farmhouse came with everything for a convenient stay, was very clean, looked great (exactly like on the pictures) and had many restaurants nearby. We definitely would choose the farmhouse again. Thanks, Alex & Family

The check in/out process was very simple. The home is conveniently located about 15-20 mins from Old Naples. The hot tub was a sandy due to the sand by the lawn chairs and the home was a bit snug, but overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend!

We love the little house. Great for 3 since there is 2 rooms but 1 bath. Rooms nice and comfortable. One of the rooms was a little warm great, for me but not so great for people who loves to sleep in a very cold room. There were some stains in the towels (not a big deal for me but big deal for my daughter). The house must be the cutest on the neighborhood. Not a neighborhood I would like to ride a bike (that’s only my opinion) other than that the neighborhood is close to everything which was very convenient. If you are looking for a place to walk to the beach this is not the one but if you don’t mind taking your car this place is very ideal. Oh and the property manager let us check in earlier which was really nice.

We had a great stay at "The Farmhouse." Perfect for 2-4 people. Very clean and within short driving distances to downtown or several beaches. Communication with owner was great and check in/out very easy.

Came to Naples in February for work. Enjoyed staying here. Nicely decorated, beds are great, even had a nespresso machine:). I will choose this home again.

Super clean, modern and cute little home. Loved the only 1.5 mile walk to the ocean each day (near Clam Pass). Impressed by all the extra's provided (ie beach towels, sunbrella, beach chairs, bikes, kitchen things, etc)

My mother and I visited Naples to see her cousin and were very impressed with the Farmhouse where we stayed the weekend. Communication with Miki was excellent when needed. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in back porch. I have been to many VRBO rentals, and could tell this property was cared for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse over Thanksgiving. We were delighted by the extra attention to detail found throughout the house. Beach chairs and towels, bikes, etc. and the backyard was a wonderful oasis. We highly recommend this place!

The owners are very responsive to all my questions which made the stay much easier. The place is one of two units (duplex) east of 41 with quick access by car to the Naples area. The unit is very nice however a little smaller than it looks in the pictures. I really appreciated how the owners have put so much thought into all the extras, such as a screened in porch, fire-pit, beach chairs, iron/ironing board, cable tv, etc. If you want a really nice clean place to stay you cannot go wrong renting this!!

The space is smaller, perfect for our small group. Loved the location, AC works great, has all the things you need. If I was to have any issue, and it is not even close to a negative, it would be that the washing machine is hard to reach into due to lid not opening all the way (but I'm height challenged)....Nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of towels, etc. There is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes it extra steamy if you take warm shower and well, there is the other "issue" if you aren't with close friends / family but overall this place is SUPER CUTE AND AMAZING. All the finishes are top-notch. We will be back!

This is a lovely property. The two bedrooms made it perfect for me and my sister. The screened porch and backyard are a fantastic extra added bonus. Plus having the washer/dryer made cleaning up after a day at the beach super easy. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay again myself.

This house and backyard was the most beautiful and creative use of space we have ever seen It was better than the online pictures It was fully stocked kitchen with appliances all new. Deluxe towels in the bathroom also all brand new The owner of the property made everything first class. If we visit Naples again we would book here again Location is three blocks from Tamiami rd 41

We really loved the home it was very clean and well taken care. Super close to our favorite beach in Naples and the zoo which we went to. Only issue we ran into was the noise of the homeowner behind that was up until past 2am playing music. But that was the only first night and no issues after that at all! Very helpful and thoughtful owners Loved the beach chairs!! Thank you again and I would recommend!

Exceptionally clean. Comfortable, adjustable beds. While it might be a smaller house it is very efficiently and cleverly set up. It has character with its brick wall and well appointed kitchen. Beautiful large backyard. The owner did an amazing job of renovating. We will be back!

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at "The Farmhouse". The location is convenient and in an area that is being renovated. The home is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the backyard with the cute swing and fire pit area. The quaint kitchen and living area are nicely decorated. We found everything we needed for a short stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and has clearly worked hard to provide a nice and up-to-date environment for visitors.
