Beautiful home with everything you need for a fun lake getaway! Kids and parents all had a great time. The dock was amazing - lots of jumping, and the game room was a huge hit. Thank you to the owners for being so responsive.

Myself and children and their families stayed for a long weekend at the house. The place was great! It had everything anyone could need for a family vacation!! We all loved the pool, fishing off the dock, jumping off the deck on the dock and tubing and boating! The house was great with nice comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. We are hopeful to stay again next year!!

This was an amazing place for our multi generation family trip. We space for the multiple families on the trip and we all enjoyed the pool and all of the lake toys. The outdoor kitchen got a lot of use and the umbrella in this area was a great help to keep our cooks cool in the hot summer sun!!

Could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful property. Everything you could ask for. Our family of 17 takes a long weekend every year and this was our best stay yet. Thank you Todd for wonderful communication and offering this fantastic property for the perfect weekend. So much space and offers a range of activities for all ages. This is a beautiful home. It had something to do for everyone. The pool was beautiful. We all enjoyed river and double deck. We caught fish on the Colorado River, the deck was so wonderful. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need (my family are cooks) the gas bbq was great! The game was perfect.
We cant wait to go back for another family vacation.

Todd & Camille were easy to communicate with. The house was easy to find and there was ample parking for 3-4 vehicles if needed. You walked into an open room for the family room and dining area with a view to the pool and beyond that is Lake LBJ. The patio area is shaded with a large screen TV for easy viewing while sitting on an L shaped couch. The pool is just steps away which has an infinity edge facing Lake LBJ. The pool depth is 3.5 to 4.5ft which was ideal for the younger children and lounging by the adults. There is an assortment of pool games and lawn games to meet everyone’s needs for friendly competition. Down by the lake there are kayaks and other water toys to use on the lake. Above the boat dock is a shaded patio with table and chairs and a jump platform about 20ft above the lake. The platoon boat was great and the kids enjoyed being pulled while sitting in the large tube. The house was roomy to handle 3 families with kids. The bunk room had its own bathroom which made it easy for the children. The master suite had a view to the lake and a large bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The other 2 bedrooms were on opposite side of house and shared a large bathroom. One bedroom had direct access to the patio/pool area. The kitchen had modern appliances and well stocked with cooking items and assortment of spices. The garage was a game room included a second fridge/freezer, a foosball table, a ping pong table (over a billiard table), & shuffle board table.

The house was perfect for our family. The view from the the moment you walk through the door was gorgeous. Loved lounging in the pool watching boats go by. Everything was convenient and accessible. The advantage of this property is that it is in an area without water "weeds" and was deep enough to jump off the deck. Luxurious lake living at it's finest.

This house worked great for our family vacation to Lake LBJ. The house was spacious and very nice inside and out. The waterfront was nice along with the deck above the boat stalls. Todd was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We were pleasently surprised that this house was all it said it would be on the VRBO site. Todd was very available and helpful for every questions. The house was clean and we loved everything about it! So much to do and fun for all our ages, 3 to 63! We also really like the convenience of renting the boat. And we enjoyed the kayaks and all the other toys too. The grandkids raved about what fun they had and want to come again! We can see that you took extra time and effort to make this house a home for all who come for a stay.

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful lake house. The house is super for our three generations. Adults enjoy morning coffee on the porch while the grandkids hop into the pool where we can watch their antics. Lake access is super with a comfy observation deck above the dock ! A perfect place to enjoy our family of 10 adults & 6 kiddos. Lake trip 2023 is in the books. We look forward to next year already!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 16. Me, my husband, 3 daughters and their husbands AND 8 grandchildren aged 4-12. This place had everything you could think of to do!! The boat on sight was wonderful. Lovely pool, great game room and all the the puzzles and games for the kids. Todd and wife Camille we’re so easy to work with. Beautiful house and yard and the dock too. And all the comforts of home! I would recommend this place to anyone with a big family.

Super clean and spacious home with amenities galore! Board games, outdoor games, basketball in pool, kayaks, game room with table tennis and shuffle board and a boat! Kitchen and bath had everything needed to have a great time. My family made some amazing memories here and we would definitely come again. My family spent Memorial Weekend at this perfect house located right on Lake LBJ. We have rented in this area several times in the past, but this was the best house we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Communication with the owners was friendly, easy and straightforward. The house had everything we needed -- comfortable and very roomy bedrooms with great bedding and Direct TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of room for gathering. The separate game room, which could actually be used as another bedroom with a small bathroom, offered shuffleboard, a pool table/ping-pong table, and foosball, We spent many hours in the fabulous heated infinity edge pool overlooking the lake and cruising around in the pontoon boat. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This is the perfect house for a family getaway! Big and spacious enough for everyone and never a dull moment. We spent our family Christmas vacation here and we could not have asked for anything more, except maybe warmer weather. The house has something for everyone. The game room was perfect for watching bowl games while playing pool or foosball. The putting green was so much fun and the dock was gorgeous! Our family has already started looking at dates for this summer because the pool and lake are gorgeous. You will absolutely not be disappointed!

Todd is great to work with. House, pool, and patio/dock furniture was very clean. House had everything needed. Beautiful property. On-site boat rental was the best (and it’s definitely a fast pontoon!). Plenty of life jackets for use, pool toys, lake toys. Kingsland is only a few minutes away and has restaurants and stores. Wish the pool heater was working, but overall would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We spent Labor Day Weekend here with several other families all with kids ranging 2-9 years old. We rent all over Texas each year and this home and area was our absolute favorite. There was something for everyone in our group: pool, boat house jumping into river, kayaks, boat trips with tubing, lawn for some games, mini golf, and loved the set up of the house with big open communal spaces inside and out, with bedrooms and gameroom off to the sides. We had such a blast and hoping to come back again!

We had plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and 2 children. We did not have to use the game room for sleeping. All of the rooms were spacious except for the single queen room. The bunk room had it's own bathroom which was very convenient for the kids and young adults. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Very nice dock house where you could have a nice meal on the lake. Great patio furniture with seating for everyone. The kids and adults enjoyed the putting green and the basketball goal in the pool. We would definitely stay again. Todd was very responsive.

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful property! Having the pool right outside the door and having a boat with all the tubes, boards and lily pad at our disposal was just incredible! Our grandsons loved the pool, game room and dock for fishing! The house was so gorgeous and had everything needed for a family to enjoy! This week was by far one of our favorite family vacations!

The property was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our large crew. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the bathrooms were very clean. Everyone loved the pool and all of the toys down by the dock. We had a great time on the boat as well and were sad to leave. Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved staying at this house with our family. We are very picky and this property checked every single box…and MORE! I can nit pick anything and I honestly don’t have a single complaint!
Todd and Camille were the most kind and professional hosts/owners and were willing to answer any questions we had.
The pics truly do not do the home justice; it is even better in person! It is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect and the covered 2nd story dock could not be beat.
We are already planning our next trip!

Annual River House Trip
Prefect location for our multigenerational families to gather to enjoy a fun weekend. The home provided all the details listed and surprisingly more than we would expect. Our granddaughter said it best “it has everything!”
Inside the home was clean and beautifully decorated and outside was so awesome too! Lots of fun outdoor activities to enjoy. Some of our family members played 18 holes at Legends. We enjoyed a fun side trip to National Caverns of Texas.
The home sits on a beautiful spot at the the Colorado River.
Before we left we booked our summer 2023 annual river trip back to this home! Thank you Todd for being available to answer any question we had.

A Lovely Bit Of Paradise
Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! Let’s start with the Great parking area in front of house - no steps so very easy to unload/load vehicles. Then walk into the house and the view unfolds before you! Smiles start and excitement continues as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen is explored. Step out to the backyard and feel all the tension slide away! Sleep like a baby in the confortable beds and cool AC.

Poppa's 70th Birthday
Eleven of us had a fantastic and memorable time. There was so much to do. We utilized the gameroom and had tournaments. The pool was great. We brought a volleyball net with us and had games. The beds were all comfortable and between the open floorplan, the covered patio and the top deck of the boathouse there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with spices as well as bowls, dishes, etc. Bring a bag of ice if you are a large group as the ice maker is a bit small, but the refrigerator is spacious. All eleven of us easily fit around the dining table. I'll miss my morning coffee on the patio overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. But probably the hit was the boat and tubing. The grandkids couldn't get enough. Oh, bring your fishing poles. The bass were biting. This place rocks. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Family Fun
We chose this property for our annual family trip with kids & grandchildren ranging in age from 10 mo to 20. It exceeded all our expectations! The pool off the patio overlooking the lake allowed us to keep the little grands in the pool while enjoying watching others down in the dock. The amenities were awesome! Outdoor kitchen with wine fridge, corn hole, pool basketball, & mini golf. The property was clean & well stocked with kitchen items. Our family voted to return next year. We were slightly disappointed that we were unable to use the 5th bedroom due to an AC issue. Fortunately we had brought an inflatable mattress so we made it work. Todd was very responsive regarding the AC. But that small issue did not hinder our fun! Super rental !.Thanks to our gracious hosts for sharing their little slice of heaven!! See you next year!

Birthday Getaway
For my daughter's 5th birthday we decided to do something different and take her to the lake instead of a party. We invited a small group of relatives to join us and it couldn't have been more perfect. She had an absolute blast and did not want to leave. We had a small issue with the kitchen vent hood but they quickly offered to make arrangements to come take care of it which wasn't necessary after all. We have stayed at a few properties in the area and this is by far the best and definitely most well equipped we have ever been to. We look forward to returning back to this property in the future!

We came into looking for a lake house rental with a plethora of requirements and this residence more than met those requirements, it crushed them.
First off there's the house location. Right on the lake/river and on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. Cool and clear waters right out the back welcome you when you walk through the front door gazing out the huge back patio doors.
Then bam, the infinity edge pool screams Jump In Me Now! What an idealic setting you can just float there watching boats go by or staring at the clouds roll by.
Then take a stroll down the large lush grass hill to the awesome boat dock with upper deck that has awesome views and can seat your huge family readily. For thrill seakers you can jump right off the upper deck into the lake below.
Back inside the house just keeps on giving. The bedrooms are wonderfully appointed and sized perfectly for our group of 9. Also, what made it great for us is that they allowed our two yellow lab fur babies which was great since they are afterall a significant part of our family.
The bathrooms were huge and well stocked with plenty of towels.
We barely used the game room but man, that was a nice bonus. I can see older kids/teens lovin' that space. Huge surprise there.
Then there's the best thing I think. The on-site boat rental that the hosts provide as an option. That was an awesome feature that we truly appreciated as it just saves time and money being able ro just go down whenever and hop on and go (assuming you rent it of course :-) ).
The host Todd was great. Super responsive to all my questions (even crazy ones). Couldn't ask for a better host.
In summary. If you want a lake house experience with all the creature comforts of home and then add on a great location, beautiful property, endless amenities and allows dogs. Look no further. Book this place now.
