About this apartment rental

Mammoth has always been our happy place so we are thrilled to have bought this cozy one bedroom condo!! We love it as is but have rennovation plans in the works already! We’d love to share our home away from home with you now and in the future as we fix her up just right!!♥️ This home is super clean and minutes by foot to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful walking trails. The shuttle to Eagle Lodge is right out the front door. You are sure to be as blessed by the surrounding beauty as we are!!

The host communicated well and check-in was easy. The property was clean and just like the pictures. The location was perfect and walking distance to all our favorite places. The shuttle stop was on the corner for the places that were not within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back.

We just lived this small unit which was conveniently close to everything to make our stay in Mammoth more enjoyable, yet it was tucked away from the main street far enough to be nice and quiet! Also, Jaime was a fantastic host! Very communicative and cordial! We will definitely stay at Jaime's unit again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is right in town and very convienent to everything. The condo was clean and well appointed. Communication with the manager was very easy and they were very accomodating in letting us in a little early. I would reccommened this place.

The condo was perfect for two Sr. Citizens. No stairs to climb and is centrally located. Condo was clean and the Hosts were above and beyond great. Will stay here again in the future.

We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. The place was clean, cozy and very quiet. The house was adequately stocked. Jaimie, responded to all my messages immediately and was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

Not much beats the perfect place, Spring Skiing on Mammoth Mountain and the wonder of just being in this beautiful part of our planet. Perfect weekend stay ... very quiet and peaceful. Host is first rate and the place offered everything and more that I had hoped for. Thanks for everything ... highly recommended.

We loved staying here, Jaimie was super friendly and accommodating the entire trip and responded quickly. The place is in a convenient location and is very clean and comfy! Would definitely stay again for our next ski trip :)

Nice, clean, comfortable condo in a great location in town. We loved being close to the grocery store and restaurants and a quick drive to the ski lodges. Jaimie was so responsive and a great host. The unit is clean and the bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The sofa bed was fine for kids but probably not as comfortable for adults. The kitchen had nice pots and pans. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!!

Awesome location, super clean, hosts are on top of things and very accommodating! This is a fantastic option for visiting Mammoth. As of this writing the options for heat are a pellet stove or space heaters, and the space heaters alone did the trick for keeping the bedroom warm during ~30 degree nights outside.

This is a one unit, one bathroom, shower /tub combo, first floor, excellent unit if you are old as the parking space is right near the entrance, Jacuzzi and pool and outdoor barbeque. Right in the middle of old mammoth and multiple restaurants in walking distance. The hostess gives excellent directions and is responsive to your request. Pellet stove heather, nice feature. Kitchen is stocked. Bed is super comfortable with wonderful pillows, Two televisions, one in the bedroom and the other in the living area. 4 chair dining table. You will enjoy your stay, I would stay again. Sleeps four with a pullout couch bed. It is perfect for two people.

Cosy, comfortable and clean were our first impressions. It had everything we needed and is in an ideal location close to the supermarket and other shops as well as stops for the free 'town trolley' making it easy to get around without a car. Jaimie communicated regularly to ensure our stay was the best possible. We would recommend a stay in this 'happy place' and hope to return ourselves one day.

Comfy little condo, perfect for two! Kitchen has the basics for cooking a good meal, small dining table to enjoy those meals. Living room had a nice couch for relaxing, throw blankets all around incase you get a chill. Ive never really played darts before but there is a dart board in the living room which we played every night. Bathroom came with some stuff incase you needed it, we always bring our own hygiene stuff though. Still a nice gesture. Shower head is a little low but good pressure and water gets hot! Bed was comfy but id recommended bringing your own pillows unless you like super soft pillows to sleep on. Community pool and hot tubs in the courtyard. Walking distance to Mammoth Coffee Roasters if youd like a nice fresh coffee without makin it yourself. Also walking distance to Robertos if youd like a margarita in the evening. Close to everything you need, literally across the street from Vons and down the stree from Mammoth brewery. All in all a humble little condo we will gladly stay at again and plan too!

The condo was very clean and organized, it made us feel at home. The condo is in a nice spot , close to all the restaurants, market, hiking , fishing and the village. The property owner was extremely urgent in any request or issues we had. We will stay here again for a longer time. A+ rating. Highly recommended. Thank you Jaimie and Troy.

What a great location. So close to so much and a great local walking bike trail around town and along the creek. We were out more than we were in but Jaimie thought of everything you might need to make your stay cozy!

My husband and I were so thankful we had a dry warm place to enjoy our stay up in Mammoth. We weren’t able to ski much because of the weather but our place was perfect to relax and stay out of the cold. The space was more than adequate for the two of us and had ample cooking supplies and most important had electric heaters and a pellet fire to keep us warm! We highly recommend this place for couples looking to enjoy Mammoth!
