I room was very smelly and there was no alternatives due to the hurricane and the hotel being full.

I thought that the coffee tasted very good. The continental breakfast was OK, but could’ve use some improvements. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were adequate however they could’ve been better.

When we checked in, there was a problem with the battery in our door. This problem persisted and needed maintenance two more times within the first hour that we checked in. The following day, the same problem happens again and this time the staff replaced the whole lock in our door. This was quite inconvenient. In addition to this, I woke up in the middle of the night, The first night we were there. The air conditioner had shut off because the battery and the thermostat had died. It seems like this hotel definitely has a problem with their batteries. Once there is no air conditioning in our room, we could tell that there was a very bad pet smell. When we checked in the AC was turned down very low and this hid the smell. When I talked to the front desk at 4 AM, she said maintenance would not be in until 9 AM so it was basically on me and my partner to fix the thermostat by going to the front desk, retrieving batteries and putting them in ourselves. This did get the AC working, but I did not feel comfortable that there was a bad pet smell in our room, and that they weren’t able to do anything about it because the hotel was full. As stated this is rarely serviced by the service while you were staying in the room. I had to go to the desk to ask for clean towels and things like garbage bags. This seems like the customer is going above and beyond where the hotel should be doing some of the services. Certainly the price was low however, I would’ve appreciated a discount for the very bad smell in my room and all of the inconveniences however, the hotel did not offer one.

Never again!!!

Available during a hurricane evacuation

Housekeeping was nonexistent, bedding was dirty. We had to ask every day for clean towels, had to take out the trash to the hallway ourselves, never had housekeeping come to us in a 4 day stay.

More breakfast options Waffles & pancakes They should do away with the $10 a night parking charge. The parking lot is huge and you don't even get a parking permit to put on your car. It's just a way to charge more money. I think that's unfair.

Meget dårligt

Havde bestilt et værelse til 4, der var kun gjort plads til 2. Da vi bad om sengetøj havde hotellet kun til en. Toilettet var stoppet da vi kom, så vi fik udleveret en svupper, så måtte vi selv igang. Der var gammelt chokolade på gulvet og næste morgen var gulvtæppet. Sovesofaen var meget hård pga jernfjedre.

There was no notification about the pool being closed upon check in. Not sure why they charged a parking fee in such a non city environment. Breakfast was also late our second morning which was very irritating.

Location to Everglades, restaurant availability, cleanliness, breakfast, and right off the Florida turnpike making it easy to go north. Nice area to put your clothes.

No chair in room besides desk chair. Some staff did not follow procedure but Asst manager made it right. Alexandra was very friendly and genuinely cared for the guests of hotel. Beds were a little hard.

Wir haben etwas auf der Durchreise zu den Florida Keys gesucht und das Fairfield Inn wegen der verkehrsgünstigen Lage und dem günstigen Preis gewählt, da wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht haben. Das Hotel ist recht neu und modern eingerichtet. In dem Zimmer sieht man dennoch schon eine Abnutzung. Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel super.

Das Frühstück ist sehr früh von der Uhrzeit 6:30 - 9:00 Uhr, weshalb es um 8:30 Uhr sehr voll ist.

Horrible customer service.

Tried to check in on Christmas Day around 4:00pm. When arrived., stuff said she couldn’t give us a room because the system was down. Waited until six and still was not able to ckech in. There was no offer of any help or any communication from the stuff. When asked, she kept repeating that there was nothing she could do.

De kamer! Comfortabele bedden en goede badkamer!

Het ontbijt was minder goed geregeld; geen enkele keer waren er scrambled eggs terwijl dit er wel zou zijn. Soms waren er omeletjes met kaas ertussen, maar dit is wel echt iets anders. Daarnaast moesten we $10,- per nacht betalen, voor een onbewaakte, voor iedereen toegankelijke (geen slagbomen of iets dergelijks) parkeerplaats.
