Well-placed base for exploring Leiston area, including Minsmere.

Lots of room, decent equipment. A good place for 1 or 2 people to base themselves in Leiston.

Some noise from the road. Parking needed care. Finding keycode box a little confusing.

Exceptional

Perfect location for a little getaway and escape feom city life for a few days

The decor is a little dated and needs touching up here and there but it didn't effect our stay at all

Great location with everything that you need!

Great little property that served my purpose well. Good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Very helpful hosts

Confusion over the key Box which resulted in making an out of hours call to the host. They were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction!

Pleasant stay in a stylish flat

Smart, comfortable, well equipped flat. Very clean and conveniently situated.

The stairs up to the flat were rather narrow and steep - perhaps not appropriate for elderly visitors.

Very good

Parking space could be better highlighted and accessible. Difficult to park on the slabs due to the proximity of the building wall. Front door to the property is not well advertised and when entering through the correct outer door, the inner door is also not signed appropriately.

Bit disappointed

The place was very spacious. It had its own off street parking. The bed was very comfy

A lot! Firstly we were not told that number 2 was inside door number 1,so spent a long time trying to find number 2! Then it turned out to be an upstairs flat, which was not made clear on the website, there was no banister rail and very steep narrow staircase , dangerous for people like my husband with some mobility issues. At the bottom of the stairs in the hallway was a lot of rubbish debris outside our door! Inside the bathroom door handle spindle is broken, the door does not close properly. There are no proper grab handles in the bathroom to aid getting in and out of the bath. In the living room a part of the blind is broken, part or the plaster on the ceiling is about to drop off. The ceiling plinth in the bedroom looks like it's going to drop off!

All in all it was a very nice flat

The location was very good for my needs

The evenings were very hot but wasn’t able to open windows because the flat is situated on a very noisy road and there was no fan unless you paid for which I think was a little mean considering it was so hot

Reasonable location, very poorly maintained and cleaned by Air Manage Suffolk

There was very little to do in the town itself which we knew when booking, but it was easy enough to get by car to all the areas we wanted to e.g Aldeburgh, Southwold, Snape etc.

The standard of cleanliness was very poor. Every room was dirty, with cobwebs and dust, dirty, sticky and stained floors, greasy worktops/hob, dirty handprints on the doors. I could go on. There were numerous damaged items including cracked floor tiles, broken blinds, dustbin, lights… Bed was small.

Good location and close to amenities

Good location for Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh, which was the main reason for booking the apartment

Road is a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Doors are a little confusing on arrival as they are not numbered. We just tried the keys in the locks to decide!

Would not go back

The cleaning was poor . Tiles broken in the bathroom and kitchen. Damp coming through the roof in the lounge and bedroom . Crockery needed washing before use

Great town centre location

Great location for work and handy for the town centre which is within walking distances. I had to change my dates due to isolating and the company were very flexible.

Few cracks on the hall wall and ceiling and would maybe benefit from a fresh paint in a couple of the rooms but I’m being picky.

Hmmm! Okay but…!

Clean and tidy

Very noisy neighbours downstairs. It was also expensive for what it was. Just booked a four bedroom villa with private pool in Orlando for less per night. I’d love to holiday in the UK more but at these prices?! No chance.

Passable

It's a spacious and comfortable flat and is well-located as a base to visit places of interest around Suffolk. However, it was not completely clean when we arrived (bits of paper and tissue on the floor), and there are some areas that are a bit shabby - there was no sign to indicate which was the door for number 2, there were cracked floor tiles in the kitchen, mould under the shower door, a broken banister spindle in the hallway and a broken blind in the kitchen. For £153 a night, I would expect a property to be completely clean and well-maintained. Also, there were some fundamental kitchen utensils missing - no spatula (flipping an omelette with a spoon is difficult!) or baking tray to use in the oven.

Clean and comfortable accommodation.. Good standard.. Good facilities

Not a criticism at all but just for record.. there was a note from the owner to say there was a bottle of Fizz in the fridge to welcome us.. but no bottle.. not that we were bothered at all.. just note for the Owner
