Decorated in cool tones and plenty of ocean-inspired touches, this home is perfect for relaxing in style near the beach. It's easy to cook up something delicious in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the breakfast bar - or just take it out to the private balcony and gaze out onto the water. Central air conditioning and three ceiling fans in the condo will keep everyone comfortable. A TV in each bedroom will help with settling down at night. When everyone isn't kicking back in the room or enjoying the beach, you can enjoy access to the shared pool, tennis court, and basketball court. In this serene setting, it's easy to relax!

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was great besides a few small things. The faucet in the guest bathroom sink only let out hot water, the cold water wouldn’t work. The balcony door would not lock and being on the second floor that was a little concerning. Also almost all the electrical outlets were loose and things would not stay plugged in. Other than those small things our stay was perfect! The resort is wonderful and safe.

Great location, easy access to pool and beach. Condo was not very clean, master shower does not work, beds are uncomfortable. No blankets provided for beds. My biggest issue with the property was that there is no way to lock the door from the inside. During our stay, someone was able to use the keypad to enter while we were inside, it turned out to be the owners who thought the property was vacant. Before we found out who it was, I called vacasa to report the incident and the representative that I spoke with made up a story about sending someone to measure the windows(not true according to the owners) and they refused to provide an additional locking mechanism to keep my kids in and to keep others out. They said “the owner is getting ready to sell this unit, they’re not putting any more money into it(also not true per the owner). This made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy our vacation. Will not be booking any future vacations through vacasa.

The resort is older but the room and the rest of the resort had been updated. There is actual resort staff around which is rare these days when renting a condo. The resort had some of the amenities you will often get when staying at a resort hotel. Had some children’s programs. There was a movie at the pool on Wednesday or Tuesday night and kids club on Thursday and Sunday. We wanted to check in early and they absolutely would not let us which is fair. Just be aware. There is no inside lock (deadbolt or hotel lock) to the door but we tested the kitchen chair under the pull down door lever and that would not allow it to open. Just in case someone somehow got the code. The restaurant was really good. I did not have any issues that would require contacting the owner. Everything was clean and ready. They provided some laundry and dishwashing detergent and shampoos and conditioner. This was very helpful because I did not bring any and ordered some extra for grocery pick up on day two, but it got us through the first night and smelled like good vacation shampoo. I enjoyed it very much because it was almost like staying at a resort hotel. Sometimes at a condo you are sort of on your own if you need anything and I did not feel that way here. Overall I would definitely stay at the resort and in this room again.

The view was nice but the condo slept six and there was only 4 towels so we spent everyday having to wash the towels, sometimes twice a day. We didn’t feel the condo was equipped with the kitchen supplies we are used to. My other two kids rented condos in the same tower from an individual and they had bigger condos and paid much less than we did. Their condos were equipped with tons of stuff and plenty of towels and blankets. I was cold every night and there were no extra blankets to even supply blankets for the pull out couch for my grandkids, We had to use our own blankets from the car. We have stayed in Edgewater many times and we have been coming to PCB for 45 years and stayed many places but we weren’t impressed this time. I will be renting from the individual that my kids rented from next time.

Having used VRBO several times this property would rank at the very bottom of my choices. We were not provided a parking permit or the correct number of wrist bands. We finally received both the following day. The condo overall is okay. It is very dated, many of the outlet covers are missing (if you have small children this could be a concern), the light switches are confusing as all get out, the sliding door did not lock or close all the way. Thankfully they did send someone out to fix the closing issue. There was no broom/dustpan so sweeping all the sand up was a problem. You do need to bring just about everything with you. We traveled with a group and learned that some condos had much more to offer then this one. There are three beach chairs and umbrellas that appear other renters may have left. Most VRBO places have some instructions or a welcome book, this one does not. You truly have to figure out everything on your own. VACASA the management group tried to help as much as possible. While Edgewater was a nice resort, this just wouldn't be my first choice of condos to stay in again.

Great resort, but this condo unit needs help. I wouldn’t mind older furniture and appliances: If the refrigerator even worked; If the washer had a dial you could turn; If the Tv remotes all had batteries; If there was even a coffee table. In fairness, 2 mini fridges were provided but we had no “heads up” about that inconvenience, and no way to store a bag of ice, or ice cream.

The unit needs some TLC, but some of that was apparent from the pictures. What we didn’t know is what made the stay awful. We arrived after check in time and they were still cleaning our unit, even though it was very dirty upon arrival. We packed light for us and our kids because there is a washer and dryer inside the unit. Neither of those worked, there were dirty clothes in both, and the cleaning crew checked off that we had a properly working washer/dryer on their list. The fridge stopped working on the second day and we had to toss all of our food. We also couldn’t cook in home because there was nowhere to put leftovers. Maintenance came out, but nobody could fix either issue and Vacasa did not (and still has not) tried to fix any of this. I could give a few more bad details, but in a nutshell you are dealing with a place that has issues that aren’t bring dealt with. At the very least, Edgewater is a nice place to stay...

I was pleased with pretty much everything except that the floors were nasty. Also, upon arrival, the sliding door was wide open which turned ac off and room was hot. Other than that, location was great, room was fine. We would stay again as long as floors were cleaned.

Condo did not impress

Condo did not impress

So many things were not functioning. The master shower/tub was not working at all. The shower head isn't even connected , there was no way to turn the shower on and the tub drain plug did not fit. The dishwasher was not working at all. The washer and dryer were not functioning properly. The thermostat was not working, therefore the AC wasn't working and my husband had to change out the batteries in the thermostat to get it working. The floors were sticky and dirty when we arrived. I had to re-wash them. Overall a disappointment.

Overall, the room was positioned great so that outside the balcony you have a gorgeous view of the pool and the beach. This condo is on the second floor which we really liked, it was close to the elevator which is great when you have to lug stuff to the beach or to your car. The only downside to where this room is located is it is right above the garbage dumpster- this sometimes created a smell outside the room often (only on the door side, not the side with balcony)- not a huge deal. But still not pleasant.
Inside the home, there was a spacious master with a large shower/ tub which was nice, and another room with its own bathroom. Two bathrooms is a must for families!! We liked that there was a washer and dryer available, though it was very outdated and small. The washer was not working at first but vacasa sent someone the next day to fix- however, the dryer took all night to dry a small load of clothes. Still, it is nice to have this in the room. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots/ pans for cooking which was nice. Some of the pots were well-used.
Overall we really liked edgewater and the room. We would stay here again.

Great view, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium, good location. One bathroom has square hole cut out if cabinet where toilet paper holder look to once be, looks tacky. Breakfast area fan and light doesn’t work.
