Right across the street from Lake Wenatchee and with amazing views of the surrounding mountains, this lovely home offers two levels of comfort, making it the perfect combination of location and luxury. The main level is large and spacious with a cozy living space filled with vaulted wood ceilings, comfortable furniture, rustic accents, and lots of natural light. Next to the living room, the full kitchen is loaded with lustrous wood cabinetry, ample counter space, and terrific appliances, perfect for the family chef. Serve your lucky dinner guests at the handsome wood dining table with seating for everyone while a fire crackles away in the gas fireplace. Outside, you'll find a pretty wood deck featuring comfy Adirondack chairs and a firepit, perfect for entertaining the kids with toasted marshmallows and soft guitar music. The top floor also has two bedrooms, with one a king bed, and one with a queen. Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds, and an entertainment area that has comfortable seating, a mounted TV, and a DVD collection to enjoy. Let the private hot tub relax your tired muscles after an afternoon hike while the washer and dryer take care of those dirty hiking clothes.
You can enjoy reeling in your daily limit of rainbow and cutthroat trout, whitefish, and carp at Lake Wenatchee. Spend your afternoons on some of the many nearby hiking trails like Dirty Face Trail, Nason Ridge Trail, and Lanham Lake Trail. You'll find all your pantry staples and fresh produce at local grocery stores like Midway Village & Grocery and Just Plain Grocery & Gas, and there is a Safeway further south.

3rd annual trip to this home with my family and it's the best relaxing vibes we could ever hope for! Spacious, hot tub, netflux, wifi, etc - thank you!

We were immediately struck by the cleanliness and cabinstyle neatness of the property. The kitchen has everything you'd need (sans groceries) for preparing your own meals. There are plenty of board style games and a very nice flat-screen TV also. We highly recommend Heavenly Lake Haven and will look forward to visiting Lake Wenatchee again!

It was a great place to stay. Due to most access on the lake being private there on the north and east side. It’s a few minute drive to the very busy state park or a boat launch on the other side of the lake. The house was laid out very nicely for our family of 6 and a dog. The downstairs is like a 4 bed bunk room. Everything was working as it should with no complaints

Enjoyed the large deck for relaxing. Lovely home with everything we needed. They installed an AC unit for us upon request. Unfortunately no lake access on the road so you have to go to the crowds at the state park. Also, the lights downstairs turn on and off randomly in the night, so be prepared for that. Thank you for a nice stay.

If you’re thinking of staying here, it’s not as advertised.
Pro tips as follows:
• There are two driveways. Use the one off of the highway and avoid the steep and narrow stairs and the climb up to the house.
• When you arrive skip the lock box. It’ll say to use it, don’t. Go straight to the back of the house for the “front door” and type in the code provided.
• The photo shows a nice deck to sit on. In winter they put it up, probably to avoid too much weight from the snow. Don’t plan on using the deck.
• The downstairs bedroom in photos has two couches. Both are futons. There are also two twin beds. The downstairs is a frozen tundra. Plan ahead. In addition, the lights turn on intermittently throughout the night so if you plan on sleeping, bring an eye mask or your IT training to figure out how to turn that “feature” off. Oh and the stairs. Steep, narrow and dangerous. Watch your head. Would not recommend for children or anyone over 50 or with a mobility disability.
• There are no instructions in the house. None. There’s a laundry list of items and instructions pertaining to the hot tub, but nothing for the house. Best of luck!
• The fireplace is electric so don’t plan on cozying up by the fire during your stay.
• Board games are provided in storage under the TV. Most have missing pieces or parts. Bring your own or don’t bother.
• Kitchen has a coffee maker and a keurig. The Keurig says “descaling” and we didn’t feel like we should be buying solution to descale so it still says that.
• Kitchen is adequately stocked. Basic items to cook.
• Trash! There is one trash can in the house. No lid. And there is one street trash can.
• The house is old and dirty and nothing is organized. Just saying.
• There are several TV remotes. There is a Roku remote and no Roku. That pretty much sums up the place. You can stream from the LG TV though once you sign in to your service of preference.
• About a 30 minute drive into Leavenworth.
• Pretty view of the lake.
• Plain, the city it’s nearest, is a 10 minute drive or so. Would recommend the Old Mill Cafe.

We enjoyed the quiet location with space to play in the snow. The home had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

The top floor of this home is quite nice, with two bedrooms (king, queen) and two baths. The kitchen is open and has plenty of space. In the winter, this property is a 2 bedroom because the basement is not heated. There is a space heater, but with the heater on blast it was still quite cold. We were there on an unusually warm winter weekend with temps generally above freezing. In the summer, the two twin beds in the basement would be completely usable. Hot tub is nice with a nice view!

The view of the lake and the beds were comfortable.

I loved everything about it, with just 1 exception. The downstairs room was freezing cold and had no heater. Had to bundle up the kids before bed.

Beautiful property just off of Lake Wenatchee and minutes from the state park! Loved the hot tub and sense of privacy

Deck, coffee pot, electric fire place all not working. Alerted management and got a reply that stated sorry. I feel like the cost and advertising on this one don’t match the conditions or access to amenities

We stayed in this cozy and beautiful home. For a weekend in December and we were so in love with the view to the river. And all the snow trees covered with snow.. can’t wait to go back again in summer time to enjoy a different view and different experience..

The place was adorable, clean, and just what we needed for a fun vacation. The only downside was that one of two small issues came up and we contacted vacasa but never heard back, except for one generic email response. Would definitely stay here again though!!

Just my husband and 2 teenagers stayed this time. Even though there were the fires on highway 2 we had to drive I-90 to 97 to highway 2 and back track it was with it! Beautiful property everything we needed plus more. Will definitely book again and bring more family!!

The hot tub was so nice and the location superb! You can see the beautiful lake from the windows of the dining room or living room.
One thing of note: There was the trash can in the driveway from the previous tenant and we thought nothing of it. However, in the middle of the night we were awoken by crashing and banging and discovered a black bear tearing up the trash even though there seemed to be clips designed to keep out wildlife. He then scattered it all over the driveway. Thankfully we had nothing for him in our car and the trash can snack satisfied him.

This house is perfect! We love the location and the view!
Perfect house full of lots of space for multiple families! The kids love the basement area to camp out! Fully stocked kitchen with tons of pans and cooling equipment!

It was a bit of a let down to learn our Lake House rental did not have Lake access. But, outside of that, we very much enjoyed our stay. All amenities were in working order. We were worried about the heat but the natural tree cover and window AC unit in the main living room were effective in keeping the home at a comfortable temperature. The home was clean and made for some great family memories. Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee State Park were great places to visit and very dog friendly overall. We would come back and rent this house again. (But bring your Discover Pass since no neighborhood Lake access nearby.)

Great Stay!
It was a great location and a beautiful place. However, it appeared the toilets were not cleaned and there was a lot of hair everywhere in the bathrooms. The sink in the middle bathroom didn't drain and when it did tons of gunk came into the basin. One last thing, there was only 1 roll of paper towels, one pouch of dishwasher soap and 1 pouch of laundry soap. That wasn't enough for a 4 day stay with 4 adults that spent a lot of time in the cabin. Thanks!

Lovely cabin
I meant to write in the book there but, couldn't find a pen. Lol. It was a nice large place to stay. Tub and sink in between the two bedrooms drained really slow.

Cute, well kept
Cute place. Bedrooms very stuffy at night in August however, made it difficult to sleep. Furnace fan on to circulate the air would have been helpful. Also would be good to know if local access to lake is available or just the state park for those staying at the house.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean home.
The house was very clean, the grill worked great (with extra propane) and the hot tub was clean. No issues and would rent again from this owner.

Awesome time
Great view, down the road from awesome beach trails at the lake, dog friendly and yet no smell/hair from previous pets, a great place to bring the family!

Cute house! Bigger then expected! Hot tub was dirty though so we couldn't really use it. The propane was all out for the fire pit. Another then that had great views and a really nice quite location. would stay again 😁

Great location.
Nice place, great view! Well equipped kitchen. A lot to do around. We were there 3 days with my girlfriend's 8 year old kid and did not turn on the TV. Recommended this place

Nice Lake View!
Very nice location overlooking Lake Wenatchee. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean with a nice deck facing the lake. The area was quiet in the shoulder season but I imagine it could be much more bustling in the summer and winter months with houses very close by. As it was, we had quiet roads to walk and bike on with good hiking nearby. Excellent COVID escape!

Beautiful location
Our family loved this location. Beautiful view of the lake, private camp type atmosphere around the property, and it felt comfortable inside. My only critiques about the location is whatever type of scents they used to clean the home bothered all of our allergies and the information for Wi-Fi we were provided didn’t work. I was able to contact the managing company but no one ever recontacted me to address the issue.

Overall, we were happy with this place. It was clean and fairly well equipped.Pros:- Great Lake view- nice quiet location- plenty of room in living space- well equipped kitchen (no condiments though, FYI)Cons:- hot tub wasn’t broken but didn’t heat above 100 degrees and don’t have functional controls - no lighting near the grill- deck with great view wasn’t usable as it was disassembled to protect from snow falling off the roof. The roof was snow-free during our stay though. - no instructions or house guide bookThe house was very thematically decorated with bear stuff and a little god stuff, also some scented candles. That could go either way depending on your taste.

great house and location, hot tub not working
The house was roomy, clean and cozy with a wonderful view. The hot tub was not working. Only at 90 degrees when we got there and didn't get much hotter. The coffee maker was broken, we called about it and a new one was delivered to us the same day!
