The rear backup camera makes it super easy to drive, operate & park. No worries at all for families with little to no RV experience. Everything is electric making it easier to operate including the awning which will give you wonderful shade on those sunny days. The RV sleeps up to 6 comfortably: Queen Bed in the rear corner, a Queen size Overhead bed, and a U-Shaped dinette table that converts to a double size bed. The RV also comes with a fully stocked kitchen: We provide everything you will or would need to ensure that your trip is a relaxing and enjoyable experience: i.e., Pots & pans, plates, utensils, camping chairs… Other features include an electric awning, full galley, Bluetooth, USB ports, and a modern interior with low-maintenance vinyl flooring. The RV comes equipped with all the electrical, water & sewage equipment necessary for hook-ups. When you pick up the RV we will do a complete walkthrough of the RV and answer all of your questions, so you leave for your trip feeling confident on how everything works. *As an added convenience, parking is available at my home during the rental of my RV if needed. ***HOT WEATHER ALERT*** Please keep in mind, without running the generator or without being connected to electricity the air conditioning will not work on any rv. if you are traveling to hot weather and do not have electrical outlets at your campsite please keep in mind that your generator usage is limited to 5 hours per day or a total of 25 hours per camping trip. It is very hard on a generator to run it non stop in temperature over 100 degrees and that kind of usage requires adding oil after 25 hours of usage or risk damaging the generator. I strongly advise that if you are traveling to hot weather, get a campsite with electricity for the most comfortable experience.*** Happy Camping!
