The beach really is as close as it looks - you can access it easily, as well as the shared pool available during your stay. What are you waiting for?

There's plenty to do in this part of the beach, in addition to the beautiful beach itself. Pier Park, with its variety of shops and restaurants, is just five-and-a-half miles away! Take a ride on the Skywheel Panama City Beach for a great view of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo. Head five-and-a-half miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo has a great layout and is very spacious. The balcony door is hard to open and close bc the track is bent. Some of the headboards were very loose and the beds are very loud but still a great property. They only give you one roll of toilet paper even though there’s two bathrooms so be aware.

I can tell you that I will be back. I had two condos and they were very clean. Everything was beyond my expectations. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. The crashing waves were everything and more. The vacuum was a plus with all the sand. Thanks so much. I’m literally planning my next trip right now.

When we first came in, everything looked great. Upon closed inspection we were very disappointed with our unit. The jets in the master tub were covered in black mold, and the guest bathroom shower curtain was completely caked in mold as well as the tub was filthy, the guest bedroom connected to the bathroom had an inch of dust hanging off the ceiling fan, the dishwasher smelled like mold and would turn on for ten minutes, and then turn right back off (tried 6 different times to run the dishwasher), and the master bedroom did not have adequate airflow and was much hotter than the rest of the unit. Other than these issues, our stay went well. The location was great and peaceful during our stay. Premises were very clean and felt very family friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grandview. The view was beautiful the room was clean. However, when I did the virtual tour, I thought we had a Keurig in our room, which we did not. There was also no hand soap only one roll of toilet paper, I know salt and pepper or sugar for coffee, most places I have stayed before I had offered these items. Also, it is difficult that there was no way to communicate with anyone when you do have a problem. Our refrigerator did not work for the first 24 hours so we lost all of our groceries. Also, the parking! Make sure you know where you are supposed to park. It is not labeled very well and you will be towed if you were in the wrong spot.

Great time. Very nice accommodations. Our first choice was a property at the Majestic. That was a disaster. The owner canceled on us just 30 hours before our flight. This was our second choice. Turned out great and Vrbo eventually made it right by paying the difference.

The property, location, and apartment unit were all great. The only constructive feedback is that this unit needs a new toaster and a large skillet. It also would be great to know ahead of time that parking is across the street for this unit and that the chairs on the beach do not come with the unit. The hut on the beach does take credit cards or cash. Overall this was a good vacation. Thank you.

This condo was exactly as advertised. RIGHT on the beach with outstanding views! We never had to wait for the elevator. Extremely clean and well stocked. The air conditioner worked great which is a big deal to us!! There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded at all. Check in was incredibly easy. We received the code in the app and went right in. The parking passes were in the condo. You do have to park across the street but it wasn’t far and we always had a spot. I can’t say enough good things. We will stay in this condo again!

Condo was exactly as listed. We did ask for an extra blanket and some more pillow cases which were dropped off that day while we were out. There was a broken chair and torn screen to the balcony when we arrived which I reported. Great customer service.
