This family friendly home not only offers one but two sofas and two armchairs strategically placed near the gas fireplace and TV; it's the ideal setting for a movie night with your family. The dining table has enough space for up to six people, but if you're in need of more space, the kitchen island has six more stools available. The kitchen is every chef's dream with modern appliances (including a double oven!) and all the utensils needed to whip up memorable and mouth-watering meals no matter your level of expertise. The great room opens to an extra-large deck which allows for wonderful summer entertaining thanks to the outdoor dining area, gas grill, and private outdoor hot tub. Another great perk of this home is the washer/dryer combo on-site - it's perfect for families looking to pack light for their trip and not having to worry about washing their clothes somewhere else rather than at home. The desk on the second floor will be just perfect for folks who can't stay away from their jobs for too long. Relaxation is very important for us and that's why guests are offered access to an on-site community pool and tennis court.

This unbeatable location will be every outdoor enthusiast's dream come true with close proximity to world-class hiking, kayaking, boating, swimming, skiing, and so much more. For any skiing enthusiasts in your group, Heavenly Mountain Resort is less than two miles south. You'll also be less than a mile from a handful of great restaurants, so you can easily try out the local cuisine. For a nice and quiet afternoon stroll, visit the nearby Kahle Park (one mile away) where you can play different sports (baseball/softball field, two soccer fields, outdoor basketball hoops), take your kids out for an entertaining afternoon at one of the two play areas for young children, enjoy a group picnic, or simply take a relaxing stroll.

Quiet and relazing. The jacuzzi worked great, the condo was spacious, lovely patios and the community area with the pool had a great view and the staff was friendly. Booking says only one parking but there is other guest parking allowed in non designated spots per the condo association that did our check- in.

The house was perfect for our family with young kids. The location is ideal for days at the lake, and also close to Base Camp when you need a break from beach/pool. The hot tub was a great bonus, the kids loved floating around at the end of the day and we appreciated them having the relaxing distraction!

Our time at the Big Pine Apple was great. The house was very clean upon arrival. Everything worked! No complaints. The heater worked well, which was good since there was some very cold weather that blew in. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes. The ice maker kept up with the needs of 3 teen basketball players in town for a tournament. We made and ate several meals. We had 5 people and this space worked well. Maybe with more than 5, it would have been a bit crowded. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had lots of light and space. The wifi worked just fine. Parking was easy. What can I say, we were comfortable here. I would stay here again!

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. When we arrived, the beds were made but the covers/sheets were wrinkled as if someone had been laying in them, which caused us concern. The carpets are filthy and stained in many areas. You could tell they had not been vacuumed recently as there were no vacuum marks in the nap. My wife tried to use the vacuum and the handle kept falling off. The leather sofas are stained where visitors heads rest and the kitchen bar stools are covered in stains. We covered them with a towel they were so bad. Closing the blinds caused a lot of dust to be released. There were a lot of cobwebs. Property manager did not respond quickly. We contacted them, they responded and asked for pictures, which we sent. 5 days later they responded, apologizing and said they didn't feel the issues were urgent by the nature of the pictures sent. On the plus side the manager refunded our cleaning deposit, but we would have preferred a clean home. We did not use the hot tub, fireplace or any appliances other than the refrigerator and coffee maker. The appliances appear old, matched in style and seem functional, however the stove top is stained and scratched. If you need complete darkness when sleeping then be prepared, the wooden slats used for blinds don't block the light and have to be manually adjusted for privacy. The location is great. Beautiful and cool weather (in July). The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to downtown.

It is a nice place. The patio faces east, so late afternoon sun won’t “bake” you and guests in the summer. The TV cable set up requires an undergraduate degree in computer science to operate. Some simple instructions would’ve been helpful. The barbecue is great but only a little bit of propane left in the tank which we exhausted the first night. Back-up propane tank was sitting there but empty. discovered that on the second night halfway through cooking dinner. That’s not cool. Other than that, pretty nice place. Comfortable and the week I was there, it was pretty quiet. Very enjoyable. I’ll use it again.

This place marked a lot of blocks for us. Plenty of room to spread out when it was time to relax--but also great spaces to eat and socialize. It was much closer to the casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort than we realized (huge bonus).

We loved the comfortable beds and linens were fabulous! The kitchen was large and easy to use. We loved the hot tub. The carpet looks like it could use replacing especially the stairs, however, we had a wonderful time and my family was grateful for a nice place to vacation!

Management was very responsive to issues. However, property was not very clean. Carpet was grimy and giant dust balls under the bed. Dressers and closet were covered in layers for dust. Terrible summer rental, no air conditioning. Only 1 working ceiling fan, 1 living room fan and one very dangerous box fan. No great for family with young kids. Glass tabletops, sharpe corners on coffee table, sharp stone fireplace, exposed power cords all over the house. Kitchen was a good size and great counter space, but fabric furniture and white dining chairs were filthy. Bedding was not season appropriate. Bathrooms could only be accessed through bedrooms so lacked privacy. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, ski resort, beaches and casino. Hot tub was nice and clean. Nice easy hiking trails for families. But for the cost, expected a cleaner place. Pictures do not really represent the property well. Lots on naturally light during the day, but terrible lighting at night. Lots of lamp and lights that didn’t work.

We spent an entire week at this property . We enjoyed it but need to remind both renters and management to be prepared for the unexpected. The evening we arrived, the heater broke. The management was great to answer my call at almost 2 am but couldn't do anything. They were quick to send a repair person, space heaters and refund on the following day (Easter Sunday!). The heater issue was obviously out of their control but leaving few heaters in the unit during colder seasons would be great! Other than that, everything else was great: kitchen appliances, hot tub, grill, and laundry made it very enjoyable and convenient!

This place is so much better than the pictures. Stellar accommodations. Very easy check in, very quiet and had everything we wanted. Beautiful location, close to skiing and the casinos too. Hope to e joy this again one day, highly recommend.
