The Keel Row is an exceptional elevated ground-floor apartment resting in the charming town of Salcombe in Devon. There are two bedrooms in the property, consisting of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, served by a bathroom, sleeping a total of six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an electric fire and a sofa bed, and a conservatory. Outside you will find a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a rear courtyard. There is designated off-road parking for two cars too. The Keel Row is a scenic base from which to explore the coast of Devon with family or friends.
Amenities: Gas central heating and electric fire. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sofabed linen on request. Terrace with furniture and barbecue, glorious views of the estuary, creek, and out to sea. Conservatory with stunning views. Small rear courtyard. Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Children to be supervised on the terrace at all times. Note: There is a flight of steps to access to this property, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The town hosts a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, while Hope Cove and Bantham are well-worth exploring too.
