Although Hot water was poor and Tv outdated we enjoyed our stay at Sage house.

Location was amazing and house well kept. Good to have a warm fire at no cost.

The hotwater system was unacceptable for the price of this house, even using the booster nowhere near enough hot water for family of five and cold in the morning. The TVs are outdated and should be smart tvs for price of house.

The property was very close to town, it felt warm and comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and has a really beautiful backyard for the kids to play. like a home away from home.

Perfection plus. Everything has been thought of even doggy bags.

Location so accessible to all south west region. House and gardens were immaculate. Being able to take our dog was a massive plus, as usually one of the family has to stay behind to dogsit.

Home away from home ❤️

Everything! Sandra and Gerry are such a friendly couple that go above and beyond to make their home super comfortable. Literally feels like home away from home. The home is spacious, all linen and bedding was clean and the help was one text message away if needed.

Water couldn't get hot so most showers were lukewarm. Wasn't a problem when we stayed in January 2022 as it was during the peak of summer. However due to the colder weather starting early this year, it was a little too cold for our liking. Nothing to complain about though!

Our stay at sage house with 4 generations and our family dog was everything and more we needed!

Just a beautiful home with such peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to plenty of wonderful places to enjoy. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating - our kids had a fab time and we have all made a bucket full of memories! Thanks Sandy and Gerry ☺️

we absolutely love this country home🌸 it is truly perfect and stunning gardens and service. 10/10 everytime we visit

definitely would recommend sharper knives as we found it hard to cut through vegetables and meat.

Well maintained house in a perfect location.

The property location is perfect nestled in the middle of the wineries and activities. Few minutes drive to the beach and local town. Sage house had all the amenities with a beautiful well maintained garden looking into the scenery. The house was immaculately clean and a pleasure to stay in.

Clean very well presented.plenty of pre chopped wood for the fire. Plenty kitchen utensils Wonderful hosts. An easy walk into town 10 - 15 minutes. Would highly recommend a stay here.cant wait to go back again

Lovely property providing excellent value for money.

A beautifully maintained property that is excellent for a family group especially those travelling with young children. Location is adjacent to Coraramup and allows easy access to Margaret River attractions such as wineries. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Everything met our expectations and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Great accommodation. Would book again without hesitation.

Great location. Close to Cowaramup, 10 min to Margaret River, 10min to Gracetown beach, close to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Great outdoor area and surrounding gardens. Great for dog to run around. Kitchen stocked with everything and more. Property itself was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very good

The location is very ideal. Walking distance to the town. Great area for walking around for exercises too. Bonus farm animals are the best entertainment for the kids. I personally love the gardens. Simply beautiful Great family stay for family!

Excellent farm stay

This house is in an excellent location, short walk to Cowaramup. Lovely big house with great facilities and waking up to wood fire still burning grabbing a coffee and out the back to enjoy the sunrise over the paddocks!

Nothing negative to say about this property and the couple who run it. Great weekend away location, perfect for a longer stay too. We will definately be back.

Perfect getaway

Great location, garden is huge and very well looked after, rooms were big, bath spa worked well, kitchen had all amenities needed to cook at home. We took our dog and it was perfect for what we needed.

Highly Recommend!

Sage House is a country paradise located only a short stroll from the centre of Cowtown. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway down south as it is close to the beach, wineries and only a 10 minute drive from Margaret River. The property and house are stunning and the hosts were really wonderful to deal with and made our stay a very memorable one. Thank you!!
