Quite good

The place was very nicely decorated, clean and had all the required facilities. Although not prepared and we had to do all by ourselves, the breakfast was quite good and abundant (not fresh prepared or cooked, just packed foods)

Seating in breakfast - we were in 4 and had only two chairs, so whilst our kids stayed comfortable my wife and myself had to stay standing up.

Intanto ringrazio la gestione per l'upgrade ad un appartamento allo stesso prezzo gratuito. 1 ) a pochi km da Terni e dalle cascate delle Marmore 2 La cortesia e disponibilità della gestione . 3 Ottima la colazione 4 vicino a tanti punti di interesse 5 silenzioso ci torneremo sicuramente

Fuori mano e troppo isolata, forse conviene cercar qualcosa d'altro a Terni che è vicinissima.

La pulizia e l'ordine oltre alla cortesia della proprietaria. Viene fornita sia una bottiglia di acqua naturale che una gassata. La TV in camera funziona bene, come pure al doccia. Viene fornito, oltre agli asciugamani, anche un accappatoio. Il letto è comodo.

Molto isolata e senza nessun negozio nelle vicinanze, non semplice da raggiungere per chi segue il navigatore proveniendo dalle cascate. E' una vecchia abitazione con scale. Pericoloso l'impianto elettrico, tripudio del fai-da-te con prese rotte e spine multiple. La camera non è molto spaziosa. La colazione è self-service in una cucina: abbondano varietà di biscotti e merendine che non aspirano assolutamente a contendere la leadership alle marche più note. E' a disposizione un solo yoghurt a testa e SOLO alla fragola. Di frutta c'è solo un po' d'uva. Per quanto riguarda il salato, cui non ho prestato però molta attenzione, ho visto delle uova, delle sottilette e qualche busta con salumi. A disposizione dei cereali, alcune bustine di the e tisane e una macchina per il caffè a cialde.

Nella semplicità, una piacevole sorpresa nel rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: se non si hanno esigenze di una posizione particolarmente centrale ( ma in auto si arriva in centro in 5 minuti ) la sistemazione è semplice, ma "servita" in un clima super familiare con host davvero gentili. Apprezzabile quanto a disposizione per una colazione "self service" nella cucina comune appena fuori dalla stanza

Sono rimasto davvero piacevolmente sorpreso, il pernottamento e' andato oltre le mie aspettative.

Proprietario simpatico e disponibilissimo: mi ha aspettato oltre il normale orario di check-in e mi ha lasciato parcheggiare la moto all'interno senza chiedere alcun sovrapprezzo. La camera ed il suo bagno erano fornite di ogni comodita' possibile (letto con posizioni regolabili e filo interdentale in bagno non li ho mai trovati neanche negli alberghi!), oltre ad essere entrambi pulitissimi. Cucina nuova e pulita per la colazione, da effettuarsi a qualunque orario, con generosa offerta di dolce e salato. Il tutto per un prezzo piu' che ragionevole, se confrontato con quello di altre strutture.

absolutely recommended

Loreta (the owner) is a charming lady and a perfect host. The location is not in the centre but it is a great starting point to the nearby Marmore Waterfalls (which is why we booked the accommodation). Very generous breakfast (not just typical Italian croissant and coffe). Beautiful and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. And Netflix TV which you may appreciate if you do not speak fluent Italian.

Absolutely wonderful people and place!

everything was wonderful, there was plenty of food and the owners were the sweetest people I have ever met, even with a language barrier. they helped me find my way to dinner and drove me to the train station.

This isn’t a dislike more of a note, but coming from hostels, my door not being able to lock was slightly off putting.

Very welcoming host. A 5 minute walk to a great pizza place around the corner. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was self-service from a wide variety of choices, including eggs from the owner's own hens. Great yard for lounging, the dog and cats are very friendly too.

everything the place was impeccable. everything you could possibly need. we were made to feel so welcome by owners including our little dog they go above and beyond for hospitality would have no hesitation and recommending will return again in future. must go to nonna Clelia restaurant while there a must food service you won’t be dissapointed thank you

Friendly, charming, cozy place

I wholeheartedly recommend Le Pinelle. The location is charming, set by a culvert of restful-sounding water rushing down from the hills; it's set on a small road which is a short drive, a short bus ride, or a 15 minute walk into the center of Terni. A picturesque setting surrounded by pretty hills and countryside. The innkeepers are a friendly and welcoming couple. The place was cozy and well-appointed, with a kitchenette with snacks, a refrigerator, and a help yourself breakfast and coffee. A cute, friendly cat and dog are outside on the garden-like property (but not in the area of your room). In the nearby area, there is a rooster and church bells, but these are not obtrusive; I generally kept the window open to enjoy the setting, even though I could have closed the window and used air conditioning.

Great B&B

The room I stayed in was very nicely decorated and had a super AC which I found very nice during my stay (I had 35C). Also the owners are very nice and friendly and gave me good recommendations for restaurants.

Incredible hospitality, cleanliness, beautifull garden, sense of safety for the kids, comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood.

The shared kitchen. Kitchen was fully equipped even if you want to prepare your own meal and although we did not even meet with other guests, we still had to share it.
