Lovely stay by the sea

Beautiful apartment with with everything we needed. Right by the beach. Great communication from the host, Anna, with quick replies to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if back in Portsmouth.

Parking is a bit tedious as had to park few streets away, and the 12hour permits means that we had to keep popping in to put the next permit badge in the window, so it's just something you have to take into account and think about when making plans for the day... But probably the same for most properties in the area without private parking...

Lovely, cosy and would recommend it

Very comfortable, and has everything thought about. All little bits made us so looked after. Kids loved toys they could play with!

Exceptional

Loved how close it was to the sea, great places to eat and a pier with lovely new rides for younger children. The toys in the apartment and the bunk bed ensured our children loved their stay! Great shower too.

Superb

Location is excellent. Near to the beach, few restaurants and pubs near and little co-op shop around the corner. Little Swan Lake with some fun activities very near. Lovely walk along the beach to the old Portsmouth. As we went in February it wasn't very busy anywhere and it made it very relaxing break.

Flat was great. Warm and cosy. Liked the candles and decoration of flat. Jar of sweets, nice touch. Hot bath, luxury.

Lovely apartment & lovely host!

Fab quirky apartment. Had everything you needed for a stay of any length including treats which were really welcome! The co-op is a 2 minute walk away which was also very handy.

Very clean and comfortable, great location for beach and not far to walk to area full of restaurants. Lovely welcome package.

Parking not always available outside and could be more irritating in the summer. At night double bedroom has to go through the other bedroom to get to the rest of the flat.

Fantastic sea front flat

We had a great night at Ann Apartments! The flat is nicely decorated and more spacious than I anticipated. The location is fantastic right by the front and you can see the sea from the living room. The welcome treats awaiting us in the kitchen were a lovely gesture too! So nice to have a bath tub as well! I'd definitely return and can recommend.

Nothing major but we couldn't figure out how to make the tv work.

I liked the location. Parking ticket was provided. Kids games also wifi with natflix Overall was ok.

Beds matress were cheap quality. My children could not sleep comfortably in the bed. And there was no lock in couple bedroom.

Excellent apartment opposite South Parade Pier!

The South Parade Pier is literally 2 mins down and then across the road so great location. Property has close bus stops! Apartment very clean!

If this heatwave continues in UK, I would recommend the owner to get some more fans!

Location amazing right next to sandy beach

Hidden gem, what a great place to stay, the appartment had absolutely every thing needed, even sun loungers would definitely return, and will be back, thank you five stars.
