I’d definitely stay here again

The staff was friendly and my room was clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices and a super friendly and helpful attendant.

Hot and awful

Location was perfect

AC did not work. 80 degrees in the room the whole time. Overbooked so we couldn’t switch rooms. When we went into the room one of the beds look like someone had been laying down.

Viel zu teuer für die Leistung und den Ort

Zimmer für Behinderte, Toilettentüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Wo bleibt die Privatsphäre? Qualität des Frühstücks war schlecht. Sehr schlechter Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, 260+ USD für ein Doppelzimmer in Lubbock ist zu viel.

Rachel at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful.

Nothing really, other than the shower switch valve not working properly in our room.

Excellent staff, prompt problem resolution, and a breakfast buffet well stocked, fresh and delicious

Superb breakfast offerings and location is convenient to almost anything you want to do in Lubbock.

Our room had a problem with the blinds--could not get them to move downward and since our room was looking out over Loop 289 that was a MAJOR problem. Staff came to check out the issue and moved us to another room across the hall on the opposite side of the building. No blind problems there in fact very quiet on that side of the hotel.

It was so bad we didn’t even stay. If I could rate this lower than a one I would!

What I reserved was no where close to what I got. And there no sheets on the sofa bed and none were to be found. We didn’t even stay! We left within 10 minutes of arrival and we’re still charged full price for a room we DID NOT USE OR STAY IN !!!!!!!

Very satsfying.

The front desk quickly moved us to another room when pour heating unit started vibrating loudly and it could not be turned off.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Workers are very nice and breakfast was great.

Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was hot, good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We live in a very small, rural area. Freeway noise seemed busy at night but we are used to very quiet.

nice and lovely

the room war really neat and clean and I liked walking in with my name on the tv.

I didn’t like that the receptionist who welcomed me did not want to be there and so was really quick on saying what I needed to know but I could barely catch what she was saying. I also hate the stupid bathroom door they had, it was one of the ones that slide and don’t even have a lock so you better trust anyone you’d trust if you were gonna stay with them in the room I stayed.

Restful, clean and conveniently located to the university and great eateries.

Breakfast was great, plenty options. Nice gym and patio lounging area

The pool was closed! One of the main reasons for selecting this location was the pool.

This place was nice and comfortable. After a day day at the hospital it was nice to rest and recharge.
