Yew Tree Nook is a fascinating lower-ground-floor apartment, part of Bradley Hall, in Bradley, Derbyshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size with a slipper bath and en-suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size bed, single day bed, and trundle bed, with an en-suite shower room, sleeping up to six guests altogether. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is a lawned garden at the front with a hot tub, and off-road parking for three cars. Yew Tree Nook is a unique and charming property, perfect for a Derbyshire break.
Amenities: Biomass heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer with ice and water, washing machine, 2 x Smart TV's with DVD and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Private lawned garden with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.4 miles. Please note: The bedrooms together sleep six guests in total, and there is a sofa bed available to accommodate a further two guests. Please note: This property is located beneath Lady Pond Retreat (1051369) which sleeps up to 10 guests, together sleeping up to 18 guests. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £200. Please Note : All outside noise is to stop at 10.15pm out of respect for the neighbouring properties, the hot tub therefore can not be used after 10.15pm either thank you. Note free carp fishing available on the owner’s private lake which is located directly opposite the property
