Izolovano, okruženo prirodom, mir, super restoran, cene pristupačne, mogućnost bavljenja raznim aktivnostima - vožnja kvadova, šetnja do vidikovca, opuštanje na bazenu, uživanje u masaži... Osoblje zaista divno i uslužno, naročito na recepciji.

Zvučna izolacija i kreveti bi mogli biti malo udobniji.

Fantastische Lage und sehr nettes Personal , sehr gutes Essen ...

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und war sehr international, konnte somit fast alle Sprachen abdecken. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Wellness sehr gut.

Magnificent getaway

Position of this place is magnificent! That etno village is also one of the Zlatar's lake viewpoint! This place is beautiful for hiking and exploring mother of nature. The apartment was so cosy, comfort and clean! The garden is full of plants and flowers. The breakfast was 10/10! All of the stuff were so pleasant and cooperative! 🥰 My best recommendations for this lovely place called etno village Vraneša! ❤️

I didn't like that we had just one night there 😔 But we'll come back one day to stay longer! ❤️

Great mountain accommodations!

It was clean and spacious. Friendly staff. It had fire place and the restaurant on premises. Great mountain look of the cabin. It had playground and trails for walking

We had to wait an hour for room to be ready even when we arrived at 7:30 pm. The staff apologized and said that they had a big group before us. Still it was pretty late and we still needed to wait to get in.

Disappointing attitude towards guests

The food was great and restaurant staff was polite and helpful. A variety of delicious dishes as an embodiment of the region where the village is located.

The bungalow was booked, but upon the arrival the family found out that they will be accommodated in the apartment. Before changing the facility the staff didn't even call to ask if it suits to family. The staff made decision on their own and for them it was normal and acceptable to accommodate family with two little kids in the apartment above the restaurant where very loud and annoying music was played until 2 in the morning. After this kind of night and unpleasant experience, the staff did not find it necessary to even apologize for the inconvenience.

Tried saw it that's all.

This place was good find,never been here. Staff at the Restaurant was great no question about it.

As we were departing we spoke to the front desk. Not once the staff said thank you not single time I hope to see you again. Basically a lot to learn about Hospitality and Customer service. Also saying Apartment entire world meaning knows but here simple a Room they call Apartment. Overall great location place clean and nice but your staff is #1 reason why your guest are coming back.
