Windwhistle is a superb duplex apartment resting at the centre of Dartmouth in Devon. There are two second-floor bedrooms in the property sleeping four guests, made up of a king-size bedroom and a zip/link king-size (twin on request), served by a first-floor cloakroom and a second-floor wet room. There is also a first-floor kitchen and living/dining room with a gas fire. There are balconies on both the first and second floors with furniture, as well as there being a multi-level garden with furniture and a summerhouse with a kitchen. Windwhistle makes a fabulous choice for two couples or families of four seeking a coastal escape to Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Space for 1 car in front of garage. Entrance-floor and first-floor balconies with furniture. 41 steps lead down to multi-level garden with furniture, outside kitchen area and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: there is no bedroom door leading up to the second floor bedroom. Note: Step access and several steps lead down to the rear garden, please take care. This property sleeps 4 adults comfortably with a maximum of 6 guests.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Dartmouth is a popular town resting on the banks of the River Dart estuary in the South Hams area of South Devon. Sitting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there's plenty of scenic wonder to explore, as well as its beautiful waterfront, narrow streets housing quaint boutiques, plethora of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of walking routes within the local area, as well as Paignton, Brixham and Blackpool Sands all awaiting to be discovered.
