About this house rental
The three-rooms apartment occupies a unique and very convenient position for families, in the village centre, facing the sea, so it is not necessary to use a car.
The view is beautiful.
It is in fact located on the second and top floor of a small building which has a total of four apartments, and overlooks the sea and a large garden, owned by a villa from the early 1900s, shaded by centuries-old pine trees.
The garden cannot be accessed but, going around the block (about 100 metres), you can arrive to the large sandy beach - the largest on the island - which in front of our house offers both equipped and free spaces (we are opposite the Il Capriccio bath house).
The entrance to the building is at the beginning of the main pedestrian street of the village, opposite the church.
All services (beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket) are within easy walking distance.
It consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a large room equipped with a double sofa bed and a comfortable kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower box) and a small balcony, for a total of 4/6 beds.
The balcony is not very large, only a small table for two can fit, but the room, wide open to the sea and the garden, still offers a very beautiful and particular solution that can be compared to a loggia.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven.
At guests' disposal, a free washing machine is located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building.
It is furnished with great care: the parquet floor, the modern furniture, the tasteful tapestries make the apartment warm, pleasant and welcoming.
It is cool and breezy, given its position on the sea, and it is also equipped with ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedroom and air conditioning.
It is very bright: all the rooms have large windows.
Your pets are welcome without any additional payment.
The three-room apartment can be combined, in the case of several families of friends, with an adjacent two-room apartment and a cottage with garden, located 50 meters away.
Due to its position within the pedestrian area, the three-room apartment cannot offer private parking, but free public parkings are available about 150 meters away or paid private parkings are available about 400 meters away.
After each check out, the three-room apartment is cleaned and sterilized.
Additional charges:

2) 20 euros per person for linen on request

Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento a febbraio e tutte le informazioni dell’annuncio sono state confermate. Posizione strategica e ottimale a 100 m dalla spiaggia nella zona pedonale. Parcheggio auto trovato sempre senza difficoltà. Ideale per una Famiglia numerosa. Soluzione vivamente consigliata.

zentrale, ruhige Lage. Saubere Wohnung mit viel Licht. Kinderzimmer sehr klein. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Auto kann auf dem Parkplatz bleiben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Fussgängerzone
Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Ferienwochen in Marino di Campo. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, die Wohnung ist sauber und an toller Lage. Wir empfehlen die Adresse gerne weiter.
Das einzige Negative sind die täglichen und lauten Reinigungsarbeiten um 6 Uhr morgens in der Fussgängerzone (Staubsauger, Putzmaschinen().

Ottima sistemazione
Appartamento come da descrizione, luminoso, spazioso e in ottima posizione:in centro, a pochi passi dal mare, dai parcheggi e dai supermercati. Sistemazione ideale per chi come me ha bimbi piccoli e cerca comodità e servizi vicini. Inoltre fa la differenza l'enorme disponibilità della padrona di casa e del suo tuttofare che senz'altro hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno perfetto!...e poi che dire: l'Elba è meravigliosa!

Una piacevole scoperta
Ho soggiornato con la famiglia nell'accogliente e comodo trilocale nel pieno centro di Marina di Campo e a 30 metri dal mare e devo dire che ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra grazie anche alla gentilezza della Sig.ra Paola la proprietaria dell'appartamento. Sistemazione che consiglio a famiglie.

Ottima posizione
Appartamento comodo, spazioso e pulito. Ubicato nella zona pedonale ottimo per le passeggiate in paese. La spiaggia si trova a pochi passi dalla casa. La signora Paola e il marito, molto ospitali e disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Esperienza davvero piacevole!
Il primo luglio siamo arrivati a Marina di Campo in cinque, tre adulti e due ragazzi (prima esperienza all'Elba per tutti). Subito la signora Paola, proprietaria, ci ha indicato un parcheggio libero e ci ha accompagnati all'appartamento, dimostrandosi cortese e disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto fornite sul sito, ed era pulito, arieggiato e confortevole. Dispone di tutti i servizi elencati sul sito. La posizione si è rivelata ottimale: l'appartamento si affaccia sulla via principale che si snoda per tutto il paese, la spiaggia è (letteralmente) a due passi e i supermercati si trovano nelle vicinanze. La spiaggia è davvero comoda, lunghissima e di sabbia fine. Incantevoli le spiagge di Cavoli, Fetovaia, Capo Bianco e Padulella. Molto belli i paesi di Porto Azzurro e Portoferraio. Marina di Campo è molto animata la sera e offre innumerevoli locali e negozi. Che dire, un'esperienza unica, da provare almeno una volta nella vita!

Tolle Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage. Zwischen Fußgängerzone und Strand gelegen. Von der Nachbarwohnung hört man eigentlich nichts. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet und bietet einen schönen Blick auf einen Palmen- und Pinien-Garten. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Sehr gepflegte, geräumige Ferienwohnung in bester Lage, alle Geschäfte, Spielplatz, Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe.. So daß wir 2 Wochen lang auf kein Auto angewiesen waren und auch auf Mitnahme der Fahrräder verzichtet haben, da wirklich alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist. Für Familien mit 2 Kindern einfach perfekt. Per email und Telefon wurde alles (Zeit der Ankunft, Übergabe der Wohnung,..) genau vereinbart und wir haben uns sehr gut von Frau Paola Monticelli betreut gefühlt.

L'Elba nel cuore
Appartamento stupendo, nuovo, fornito di tutto, pulito e anche fresco, ventilato, nonostante fosse Agosto, era un piacere tornarci dopo la spiaggia!! Siamo stati sia in questo trilocale, sia in quello sotto, non avendo trovato posto per l'intero periodo: ottimi entrambi, la posizione è meravigliosa, nel centro di Marina di Campo, i negozi sono sotto casa, una finestra dà proprio sulla via del centro, dal balcone invece si vede il giardino e il mare e la spiaggia subito dietro. Ottimo per chi ha bimbi, spiaggia grande, bel mare: perfetto punto di partenza per scoprire tutta l'isola. Parcheggio gratuito vicino; la signora Paola, veramente molto accogliente e disponibile, siamo stati benissimo, grazie di cuore!

Bella casa in ottima posizione!
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambine) nel trilocale dal 20 al 27 agosto. La casa è molto spaziosa, pulita e ben arieggiata. La descrizione dell'immobile è veritiera. Comodissima la posizione trovandosi direttamente nel centro della città con vicino tutto ciò che occorre (negozi, bar, ristoranti e supermercato) e a 150 metri dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Super location/ great holiday apartment
We are a family with 3 kids and spent 2 fantastic weeks in Paola's appartment.
The description fits perfectly the place, and I have to add that the appartment was very clean when we came in. It is closed to all facilities (really great to go to the closest supermarket at 2 minutes by walking), the beach nearby is very nice, specially for the kids (sand). Maybe too many private beaches, but it is the case almost every where on Isola d'Elba. It was nice to go out the evening, the street is quite animated, but it was very convenient to go out for a drink/restaurant or ice cream.
Paola is a perfect landlady, very nice person and straight.
Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans l'appartement de Paola. La description de l'appartement est parfaite, et quand nous sommes arrivés il était très propre. C'est à coté de toutes les commodités (c'était vraiment appreciable de mettre seulement 2 minutes à pied pour aller au supermarché), la plage est très sympa, surtout pour les enfants (sable et la mer ne descend pas vite). Par contre il y a beaucoup de plages privées, mais c'est le cas presque sur toutes les plages de l'Ile d'Elbe. C'était très sympa de sortir le soir, la rue est assez animée! Mais nous avons apprécié de sortir directement sans prendre la voiture, pour boire un verre, aller au restaurant ou manger une glace.
Nous avons trouvé Paola parfaite en tant que propriétaire. Elle est très gentille tout en restant « professionelle ».

ci ritorneremo sicuro
Abbiamo passato la nostra vacanza in questa casina molto carina a due passi dal mare e situata nella zona centrale della città. Con due bambini abbiamo trovato tutti i servizi utili nelle vicinane supermercato parcheggio farmacia e ristoranti. Davanti oltre alla vista del mare si gode del fresco di una pineta che non ha fatto sentire la mancanza dell'aria condizionata. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche per la gentilezza e l'ospitalità dei proprietari.

APPARTEMENTO IN CENTRO
Appartamento molto confortevole per una famiglia di quattro persone con bambini.
Spazioso, luminoso e fresco. Ci sono a disposizione due ventilatori, uno nella camera matrimoniale e uno nella zona giorno, ma quasi non si ha la necessità di utilizzarli perchè l' appartamento è ben ventilato.
Situato in pieno centro e a due passi dal meraviglioso mare di Marina di Campo.
Sono ammessi animali, anche cani di mezza taglia come in nostro.
La proprietaria Signora Paola molto cortese e disponibile.

Beste Lage und wohnlich
Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt dank gemütlicher Wohnküche. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die eine Seite durch die Bäume aufs Meer. Vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die Via Roma, Fussgängerstrasse mit Läden und Restaurants. Alles ist in der Nähe, auch der Strand. Man braucht kein Auto. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Es hat alles, was es braucht. Und die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch. Einzig auf der belebten Via Roma kann es in der Hauptsaison schon mal laut werden. Ich kann die Wohnung aber trotzdem sehr empfehlen. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ideal. Marina di Campo hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen.

L'appartamento è carino e ben curato. Spazioso ed accogliente. Ottima la posizione sia per andare in spiaggia a Marina di Campo, sia come partenza per altre località.

Un appartamento pratico in una bella località
L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto nell'inserzione. E' comodo e funzionale sia per quanto riguarda la casa in sé, che la posizione. Nel raggio di 500 metri si trovano tutti i servizi necessari, nonché la bellissima spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze si trova abbastanza facilmente parcheggio (gratuito). Nonostante il gran caldo l'appartamento è stato comunque vivibile, grazie ai ventilatori a soffitto. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, trovandosi nella zona pedonale c'è un po' di rumore fino a tarda sera e al mattino presto... ma è lo scotto da pagare se si desiderano le comodità che offre la posizione. La proprietaria, che ringraziamo per l'accoglienza, ci ha assistito in tutte le nostre esigenze. Assolutamente consigliabile soprattutto per le famiglie.

Bell'appartamento pulito e confortevole
Bell'appartamento pulito e confortevole, esattamente come nelle foto. Situato in ottima posizione all'inizio della zona pedonale comodo a tutti i servizi pubblici . La spiaggia è di fronte ( come in foto), si attraversa la strada e ti trovi ad un bagno completamente attrezzato oppure alla spiaggia libera. Meraviglioso periodo di soggiorno.
La proprietaria Sig.ra Paola è molto gentile e disponibilissima, tanto che ci ha fatto avere l'appartamento alle 10.30, invece che alle 16.00.
