Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally there is an annual Wine & Cheese reception with give-aways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

House was clean and nice beach view. The resort also has flood lights on at night towards the beach, so We were able to spend time at beach even at night safely. Also the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice. Overall a memorable stay. I will definitely book again here.

Showed up late and the room had not been cleaned. Had to wait until midnight to get a clean bed. Shower did not work, I ask that it be fixed and my request was ignored. Had potential but the experience was bad.

This was our second time staying at this resort and unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations from the first visit. Room was fine, mostly clean, but the microwave stopped working on the second day and the hot tubs were not properly maintained or cleaned during our stay. Two of the hot tubs were not filled up all the way, they had to be refilled with a hose, and had leaves and other debris floating around. A bit disappointing, but the access and views of the beach were beautiful as always.

We had a great time staying at Bay Watch. The room was very clean and quite. It was perfect for my family of 4. My girls had a great time. We spent most of our time on the beach. The pool area was also very nice and clean. The staff were all very nice and welcoming!!!

We have been coming to Baywatch for 15 years. This condo needs abit of TLC … new couch and chair, abit of paint etc. But overall we love Baywatch & will continue to visit.

The condo was very clean except the couch and chair could use a deep cleaning however we definitely will return again my only other suggestion would be to leave the bar open later we were surprised to see it closing at 8 pm when that is when most people will start rolling into a bar.

Loved the amazing oceanfront views. 6th floor, close to stairwell which makes doing the steps convenient during peak elevator times. Lots of pools and things for the kids to do. Loved the restaurant and bar on site. Clean condo with everything you need to get you going on your vacation.

The view is absolutely beautiful 😍 of you are looking for an amazing view this is where it's at. The only downfall I would say is that there were no hot pads to pull things out of the oven, we had to use a wash rag. Also they provide a dishwasher but no washing pods to put in so you will need to wash by hand. The last downfall is the pressure in the shower is little to none. After being in the salty ocean you definitely need a good shower after and when the shower doesn't make you feel 100% clean it kinda sucks. Overall its a beautiful view and makes a wonderful place to stay.

The room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the parking situation for the property is less than ideal. There is 1 garage for all 3 of the towers and it is not attached to any of the buildings, making it quite a walk when you need to get to your car. There are a few spots for loading and unloading in front of the towers but they are extremely limited which makes unloading and reloading very difficult. The parking garage has 1 elevator for 7 floors so it is next to impossible to catch the elevator. We arrived at 4PM to check-in and our room was not ready until 5PM but when we requested a later check out we were told it wasn’t possible due to how busy the facility was.
