House was huge on the inside very deceiving from the outside. Each room is a pretty decent size too. The drive way only has room for 4-5 cars depending on size however there is extra parking at the community center and along side the road in the gravel beside community center. Pool was nice/clean. There are two washer/dryer sets upstairs. The one upstairs is a bit hit or miss if the spin cycle will work. A few times with 15 families the spin cycle didn’t always work the first time and required to run it thru a second cycle. There are two dishwashers which is great for the amount of people in the house but one was also hit/miss if it actually cleaned the dishes. All dishes are also glass so if you have littles bring your own plastic ones. Two normal coffee makers not k-cup. Be careful when shutting doors to bedrooms as one was mistakenly locked on the inside and not easily opened. Host was responsive to our needs. The Wi-Fi code/password is on the back of the router (a lot of #’s). Each room has their own bathroom however there are only 2 towels provided for each room despite some of them having double beds and no wash cloths. Overall it was a nice house in a good location and suited our needs for the families attending. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Email for instructions to get in came from a name I wasn’t expecting. Therefore, I arrived at the property not knowing how to get in. Luckily, there was a number in the outside of the door that we could call. We gained access! Cons: We had the hardest time with the internet Cons: downstairs couch uncomfortable Pros: Location was perfect Pros: two refrigerators two dish washers Pros: All beds were comfortable Pros: safety screen around pool Pros: We messaged about a few things we noticed that were broken just so we wouldn’t be charged, The next day a maintenance guy came and fixed everything Pros: large dining table to fit almost all guest Note: USE 13 gallon trash bags My father wanted all of his children together with their families. We were only missing my sister, her kids Ames her grands. We all fit comfortable in the home. We even had a professional photographer come to take pictures. Because the home was directly by a park we were able to take 1 minute drive from the development to the park. It was amazing. I’ll post pictures of our trip on my TikTok Whitfieldsworld

A very nice house with a lot of room for 25 people. We didn’t have a lot of extras such as towels or larger pots and pans. We had a very nice stay and the pool heat never worked while we were there. Great neighbor, house, and location!

The house was just as pictured. Very spacious and clean. There are upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We loved the space and are already looking at dates for next year. The only negatives is the cookware. There aren't any large pots or pans..we had to go buy some to make our cooking a little easier.
