Exceeded Expectations! Great staff!

The Front Desk Manager (Karin) and her staff made all the difference and treated us more like family, especially our two little dogs. She even helped me with the dogs, when I loaded the truck and it was too hot outside to keep them waiting while the car cooled down.

Location, it's quite loud but we asked for a room towards the back and were able to get that. Aside from that, the property is renovated and has everything you need.

If you have absolutely no other choice!

Front desk agent seemed very annoyed that the hotel was busy at that time of the night; seemed she would rather not be bothered doing her job. Was not very welcoming and sarcastic (i think her name was Martika). My guess is that alot of famly was in town for graduation as we were. Room was clean however the toilet would not flush. I did read a previous review about the toilet not working but thought that may have been a one off. Was I wrong! When we called front desk they said someone would come up in 2-3hrs!!! So what were we to do until then?? We simply made the decision to check out much earlier that planned. Thankfully the guy at the front was a little friendlier.!

Overall the stay was great.

The location is off the interstate but quite perfect location to my laws house. The rooms is spacey and very clean.

Nothing that went right unfortunately

The bed was comfortable, I think. The shower was nice. The kitchen was great and nicely stocked. Pretty good sized frig too.

The toilet was clogged first thing shortly after arrival. They had no one to fix it and never did. Apparently this was at 9pm and therer isn't any maintenance?The bathroom light kept on turning on by itself. The fire detector kept blinking brightly, enough to wake me up. Then some bozo smoked in the stairwell and woke everyone up. That was not their fault except it took quite awhile for them to get the lights and sirens to stop. Overall I got no real sleep. Not sure how it would have played out without these interruptions and mishaps.

Would highly recommend this property and location , please reconsider your pet fee!

Clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, love that there are soft and hard pillows! Staff was super friendly. Nice open areas to walk our dogs. Lobby is open , comfortable and has a large , quality TV.

It is hard to find how to access the property from the highway! Signage is needed by the small road leading into property or by Denny’s. Coffee lids and protective bands are needed since cups are too hot to hold.The pet fee is much too high@ $25 per pet per night!

Horrible...would never stay there again especially since we were told all rooms had only one chair.

Location was good but no breakfast was offered. Kitchenette was nice.

Only one chair in the room...no table in kitchenette. Where do you eat? No seat in the handicapped accessible shower.
