El personal era amable, el agua de la ducha tenía buena temperatura y el colchón y las almohadas eran cómodas La comida no está mal

La funda del edredón era muy vieja y daba un poco de cosilla ponérsela encima, las sábanas con manchas, algún pelo por la cama al abrirla, la suciedad del baño, necesita una limpieza en profundidad

Location is only good. Rest this property is totally fake rated high , this is not even as per standard of 2 star , while booking.com and fabhotel selling it on very high price. And Also there Taxes are different Booking.com quoting is principal amount + ₹180 taxes , while Fab hotel is sending tax invoice of amount + ₹931.36 , overall this whole property is just a kind of high budget scam with the combination of Fabhotel+Booking.com

Manger or receiptionist Sangeeta , Harish not even entertaining at all. Not available is the area from even 1 hours. When we asked the person responded that she is busy in breakfast. Rooms are full of reptiles. In this property neither door lock is proper, neither wifi is working ,neither switch board near to bed are working , neither gyser working

Too many to mention! - Early check in request (even after texting them & informing in advance) was not met & I was charged extra for it - Rooms were very dirty, cockroaches inside the room and toilets - The front desk lady staff was extremely rude in listening to our queries - We informed our early departure too and had requested good breakfast before check out but we were served only toast and tea - Literally none of our concerns were addressed (Zero customer care!) - Even drinking water was charged - If this was the final payment (5765/- final Bill) I would have booked better property. - Booking.com must change your ratings for the hotel and help others

Clean rooms and lovely location in the city

Clean and well spaced interiors, friendly and well behaved staff helps this newly built hotel live up to the expectations. Also, the location is wonderful. It's just a few minutes away from the airport, or railway station, and major marketplaces.
