A lovely, easy, comfortable base for a pleasant mini break.

The apartment was bigger and nicer than we were expecting. The main bedroom en-suite was huge with a lovely deep bath. Beds were comfy, living room and decor were lovely and kitchen had everything that we needed.

Nothing comes to mind.

Best hotel

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. The room was quiet and well appointed with all the modern technology and a fabulously comfortable bed. We'll be back in spring

NEVER USE BOOKING.com. (Problems with another hotel, not this one). Avoid use booking.com

Excellent in every way except for the parking issue and also the shower

Parking - I got a ticket for the parking but when I tried to get out, there was no record I had paid Pushed the button and waited for 5 minutes. I then rang the hotel and they sorted it out. Just a shame as the rest was good. Shower - turning off and on on the opposite wall which was confusing

Had all we needed !

The apartment was all that was available in town with a queen & 2 single beds. Our adult boys refused to sleep in a queen bed, and this was the only place available in town with this facility. And how good was that !

The location was a bit hard, and not always was a parking space available.

very clean, roomy and comfortable overall

convenient location for our needs and fair pricing for a week night stay.

limited drop off car spaces, one wall damaged and not fully repaired where it seemed a cupboard had been removed, no tv instructions as it kept coming turning on/out of snooze mode all night, some complimentary cookies in the coffee/tea area would have been appreciated

The property was very modern and clean. The reception staff went out of their way to help out.

The lounge was very uncomfortable when drying for 5 days. The room attendant threw away my shampoo and conditioner lids from the shelf in the shower beside the bottles when servicing the room-this meant I had to throw the bottles at the end of my stay. My mother found she was disturbed by noise from the light rail works across the road from the hotel-the staff were responsive to her concerns and offered a discount rate which she was happy with their response.

The central location, the convenient parking for a great price, the very clean and modern rooms and the super friendly staff! Oh and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Rooms need more functional lighting, the mood lighting is lovely for atmosphere but more adequate lighting is required. Would also be nice if breakfast was included. Our view was of a car park, I realise that can’t be controlled but it wasn’t very appealing when on holiday.

Clean, comfortable and well situated hotel at a reasonable price

Located in a spot close to CBD with attractions an easy drive away. Facilities were excellent, clean and felt very new

There was some electric drill and hammering in the morning (6:30am) from perhaps upstairs where there was some work being done? Wasn’t an ideal start to that morning

Room was lovely and service was excellent, great staff

The noise leak was like nothing I've seen before. I could hear the lady in the other rooms entire conversation including the person on the other end of the phone. Didn't have one quiet night to myself. Shocking for a hotel of this price considering how great everything else was

Staying in this apartment was a real pleasure and added a lot to our Canberra visit.

The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in, with top quality facilities and service. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shopping, with a really nice view towards parliament house.

Loved it!

The hotel is walking distance to the shops and city centre making it very convenient. It is really close to the park with lots of rabbits! Our chrome cast wasn’t working but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed immediately.
