The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped & contemporary, It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and has ample seating for 8 people. A utility room houses the washing machine and a WC..
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the top of the bath. The bedrooms consist of 1 king-size with TV and an ensuite shower room, a twin zip-and-link (super-king-size on request) & a king-size zip-and-link (2 singles on request).
On the 3rd floor there is a master bedroom with king size bed, seating area to admire the views & an ensuite with roll top bath & separate shower.
Towels and linen are included. A patio and astro area houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply.
Broad Park Villa is perfectly positioned to explore the North Devon coastline and enjoy numerous North Devon attractions. Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No. 20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 2 miles or a bus ride away. Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands.
The large accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. A large lounge has comfy sofas, some gathered around the open fire, others focus on the Smart TV/DVD with Sky Movies package. French doors lead out onto the tiered patio garden which has furniture and a BBQ.
