Awesome place to stay

Ambience,clean,staff,service,terrace pool,lobby,room view,room space. Front desk staff was very courteous.

Wish beverages were better for the price being charged . Also felt food was a bit expensive.

Value for money stay in the City

Clean, great service and staff

The hotel did not entertain Booking.com’s complimentary breakfast policy, even though I booked it with breakfast. They offered us a 20% discount on an overpriced breakfast buffet.

Comfortable stay

Everything was good and comfortable. Dinner and Lunch were excellent. The hotel is in prime location. It is costly compared to other cities but stay is worth it

Great value in Vijayawada

Nice, big room and good facilities at a very reasonable rate. Great service delivered by the friendliest team imaginable. Good food!

The general cleaning is OK but the corners are a bit dusty! And the street outside is very busy so the rooms facing the street can be noisy

The place for the cream of society in Vijayawada

This is apparently the best hotel at Vijayawada, with various parties of the upper crust going on much of the time. Everything was up to that standard, but nothing struck me as outstanding.

Food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced, probably to compensate for the relatively affordable room rates. And the price shown online for in-room dining is topped by some tax of 9 percent, another tax of 9 percent, a service charge of 10 percent, plus a tax of 9 percent on the service charge, and a second tax of 9 percent on the service charge. Showing the final, actual price right at the beginning would feel more honest. Another minor discomfort was that I found many of the staff downright obsequious. I assume this may be what many of the typical clientele expect or even require, but to me it felt rather demeaning.

Location and proximity

Cleanliness. I had to repeat like broken record to clean the room including mopping the floor everyday. washroom cleaning was sub-standard and I had to ask again everyday for extra towels as they place only 2 towels for 2 adults and 1 child, not even hand towels are placed. Food taste is not up to mark.

Beat modern hotel for foreign visitors in Vijayawada- the capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Location: close to city centre location but not too noisy and with trees around - a luxury here! Clean bright modern look and feel in lobby and rooms. very clean. excellent staff, very helpful and friendly.

for the very rare westerners like us, zero or low spice food options may be needed. you can however ask the chef to prepare this:)
