Very thing was on point

The property was clean and located in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stock with all the necessary utensils to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner.

It was a wonderful stay for my family and I. Easy check in process... The home was clean with lovely decor, open floor plan and located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tampa.

House was very cute, clean, convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We visited zoo Tampa, Moresn art center, Dali museum and other small attractions in the Tampa area. Was a great place to stay convenient location to many area attractions. House had lots of information about house and area in a welcome book. Would recommend. Communication was great with host. No issues at all. House had a great personal feeling lawn area in the back yard. They even provided board games and lawn games. Patio and grill were also available. We had so many activities planned that we were so sad that we did not have more time to enjoy all the house had to offer. Bedrooms were spacious as well as the living and family room. So this house would be a great choice for a family with younger kids. A group of young adults. Or a family like mine. The family room does have a few steps to get to it. So if steps are an issue for anyone in your party be aware but do not let the discourage you from this house. The living room would still offer a lot of space to get together without having to navigate the steps. Hardwood (laminate?) floors really help gives this house a clean new feeling. If I had little ones I would not hesitate to allow them free play on the floors. When mine were little I always had an issue with mine wanting to play on hotel room carpeted floors. They never looked or seamed clean. This house was wonderful. With reviews I always like to provide the pros and cons. I am having a very hard time to find a con. I did decide to do my families laundry after everyone went to bed. And with the laundry running I would of liked to be able to shut the laundry door. It was unable to close. BUT. only because it has a very nice large capacity laundry set. I was very happy to be able to do larger/less loads. So the door was inconvenient but a good trade off. The laundry room is not actually very close to the bedrooms. So that is really digging deep for a con. For this to be the only thing I can think of says a lot about the house. This was my first non-hotel rental. I was nervous. But this one has set a high bar and I was very happy. My husband and sons are VERY opinionated and will let you know what they think (sometimes that’s good sometimes not). All 3 mentioned multiple times what a great pick I had made. I would highly recommend.

Overall good experience. Spacious for our family of 6. Good communication with manager. The floors were just cleaned, but still a bit dirty.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Our plans were to visit Busch Gardens and the Tampa Riverwalk. The property was very convenient to Busch Gardens and about a 20- minute drive to the Riverwalk. Very easy check in and excellent communication from the host. House is older but recently renovated. Comfortable furniture and adequate kitchen essentials. Overall, a very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay!

The home was excellent it was clean and provided space for everyone provided board games and decorations were beautiful and the localization was amazing mind there were about 11 of us and it provided space for all of us and the kids had fun too playing.

Would definitely come back and stay at this property. House was the perfect size. Having 2 living rooms plus TVs in each bedroom gave everyone their own space when needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and centrally located. We purchased a city pass and were within 10-15 mins of Busch gardens the zoo the museum and the Florida aquarium. If we go back to Tampa on vacation, we will definitely stay at this house again!

Lawrence was extremely helpful from the time we booked all the way through the time we checked out. His property is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. House is very well stocked with everything you could need!! Bonus that it is an easy drive to just about any place you want to go !

Beautiful home in a great location! Close distance to Tampa airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, major stores, and restaurants!

By far, this is the best vacation rental home we have stayed in. The layout of the home, both inside and out is more than perfect for family and friends to have space and be comfortable. We all felt like we were at home, as if we have lived there for years already. The neighborhood isn't fancy, but the neighbors were all very sweet! We will definitely be back for a much longer stay.
