Welcome to your South Florida Zen getaway in the Historical Pineapple Park section of West Palm Beach. This cottage is every adult's dream.!!! Walk into an overly spacious Spanish Style Cottage with wood beams on the ceiling and Mexican tile. Archways and Spanish tile make their way around the cottage with soft colors walls to compliment. The cottage offers 1 bedroom1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Brand new Tv’s in the bedroom and living room with surround sound. This kitchen is fully equipped and features a SS wine cooler. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The living room features a plush leather couch with a queen size pull out bed that sleeps 2.

Your spacious bedroom features a brand new memory foam king-size mattress and wicker frame. Forgot your phone charger??? No problem at all, a universal charger is located on the side of the bed for your convenience. A full-size washer and dryer are at your disposal. All linens, pillows, sheets, hairdryer, iron, and iron board, with makeup towels, are provided. The bathroom continues the Spanish style with décor tile up to the ceiling on the accent wall. Specifically designed for relaxation and enjoyment, walk into an oversized shower with 3 shower heads to soothe you. A handheld is on the left, a fixed shower head is on the right, and my favorite the enormous rain shower head directly above you!!!!!!! A private paved front entrance walkway with a fenced back patio is exclusive to the cottage. Want to BBQ? A full tank of propane and all accessories are at your disposal.

The next couple of days I was on my own. VERY comfortable rental!! Sheets and towels were softer than any hotel I’ve been too! It was also VERY clean! Loved the extra amenities for laundry and the beach! Check in and check out were seamless.

Nice place, conveniently located to downtown west palm beach. Be prepared for planes flying right overhead. Internet is very questionable and cell reception locally is not very good

I found this space welcoming, spacious, private, and pretty much everything I could have hoped for! Lovely area in the back with sightlines to many adjoining properties full of old growth trees and foliage and the accompanying birds and butterflies. Even a local kitty who checkind in from time to tme!

The property is in a nice residential neighborhood located close to restaurants. It is behind the main house and therefore private and secluded. The kitchen is nice, but lacks a dishwasher and the toaster didn’t work. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

The Upland Zen Retreat Cottage fit our exact needs. The inside of the cottage was meticulously staged and was very clean. It is extremely private, quiet. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The tv - great. We felt safe there, and the location is close to everything we needed. I hadn’t realized that the cottage sits behind a house (maybe it was in the listing and I missed it) and that it is street-only parking. The location is among many small houses, and street parking out front wasn’t available. A neighbor blocked an open space in front of his house (it was never parked in the entire time of our stay) and when we tried to unblock it (ferns etc from his yard, place them on the strip between the road and sidewalk), he came out and encountered us quite angrily. Other than these things, though, the property is exactly as the listing says and it completely met our needs.

Property was fine for our stay. Coffee maker was fussy, tended to explode Keurig cups. Could have been better supplied with dish soap, new wrapped kitchen sponges. All in all worked out fine for our stay. Thanks!

I booked this property with two primary objectives: one was to be fairly close to the National Croquet Center where I played in a 4-day tournament and two, was to accommodate our two special needs dogs. Both objectives were met splendidly! Only 10 minutes from NCC and our host graciously invited us to bring both Jasper and Stella. They both got their sunbeams, something they are missing in northern Virginia during January. Lovely cottage! We would stay there again!

Property was perfectly located for where we needed to go. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend more seating for guests. Additional hangers. Also need to fix electrical out let near sink and stopper in sink did not work. Other than that we were very happy, and would gladly stay again.

This cottage was perfect for my husband, myself and our little dog. Very clean and beautiful. Washer and dryer in side. Back yard enclosed do we could just open the door and let our dog out. Very close to downtown, and the Norton Museum of Art. About 1/2 a mile from a Publix, Starbucks and a fabulous Market called Joseph’s. The shower is huge with two shower heads. A lovely place and we were able to communicate with Jimmy, the owner and he was very accommodating! Great experience!!!

My teenaged sons, me and our Jack Russell Terrier enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is convenient to downtown, beaches, restaurants, parks, etc. There could have been more outlets - one critical outlet in the kitchen blew (maybe our fault, not sure) and our little pup escaped the yard with ease due to crevices in the privacy fence. She’s an energetic one so it figures! Fortunately, she’s a smart, family dog who didn’t traverse far! But overall, we had a terrific experience. Thank you, Jimmy!

The cottage was cleaned and well maintained, a nice place for a retreat with a spouse. Being so close to the freeway and beach anyway you go you'll get there quickly and easily. Management was responsive and kind and with the amenities of a small retreat house it certainly beat any hotel I can think of.

The place is located in a beautiful quiet historic area. We walked around the neighborhood quite a bit because it was so beautiful and safe. Check in was easy. Place was very clean and very zen. We just came back from a trip to Portugal and the decor really reminded us of our trip there with the tiles and art. Walking distance to restaurants and brewery. Beach was a short drive away. There are beach chairs at the apt for you to use. Nice outdoor space with seating to have your morning coffee. Loved it so much, we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I took a quick 5 day getaway for her 40th birthday. We decided to try booking through VRBO for the first time ever. We found Jimmy's property and fell in love with it online and it did not disappoint! Jimmy was awesome to deal with from the very first contact, throughout the trip and after we left. The cottage was absolutely amazing and perfect for 2 people. Spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the location was central to everything! Beaches, restaurants and bars, parks and great neighborhoods like Northwood Village, Rosemary Square and Grandview Public Market. If you're looking for a clean, centrally located, comfortable place to stay, book this place ASAP!

This was our first experience with VRBo and it was a success. The Zen retreat was clean, private, close in proximity to the beach, airport and all activities we were doing. This place is Old Florida Charm. It was a delightful cottage with beautiful Spanish tile and decor. Loved that it had a wine cooler! We had easy access and Jimmy gave us all instructions needed, I.e. parking, entry, etc. would definitely stay here again.

My husband, son and I loved staying at this cute little cottage. The bed was most comfortable with ample bedding. The kitchen was well appointed. The cottage was exactly as presented, quiet in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I95, shopping, downtown WP. It is well equipped, nicely furnished with good TV and Internet service, and with what might be the world's best three-way shower including a rain shower. Host Jimmy was always available and ready to solve problems except there weren't any. I will definitely want to rent the Upland Cottage again for another stay of a month.
