Located in Seattle’s quietest neighborhood, our brand new two bedroom 1000 sq/ft downstairs unit is only five miles from Pike Place Market, two blocks from Discovery Park (534 acres) and half a mile walk from the Ballard Locks (Seattle’s second biggest tourist attraction). Boasting a full kitchen, eight foot high ceilings, washer/dryer, king bed, fireplace and much more, you will feel right at home.
Also, being situated right next door to Metropolitan Market (a high end grocery store) makes everything convenient. Pop over for coffee and doughnuts, the deli for lunch, or their hot food line for dinner, they have it all, including wine and liquor, simply across the street. The 24 bus line is also only a half block away, so no need for a vehicle!
We want you to enjoy our space as much as we do! Everything in our unit is meticulously cleaned and maintained. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to experience Seattle.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Cody’s place in Seattle. It’s close to so many great attractions and other neighborhoods. We were able to walk to the shipping locks in Ballard, and Discovery Park is also just a few blocks away. Seattle Center, downtown and the waterfront were all less than 15 minutes away, by car. The neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. The space, itself, is modern, clean and comes with all the amenities needed for a cozy stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was so very comfy that we had a hard time leaving. Everything you can possibly wish for is there: very well appointed kitchen, wonderful beds and shower and don’t even get me started on the big tv and fireplace. Cody made us feel very welcome with complementary drinks and snacks. The house is ideally situated within a couple of
minutes walking distance of a very good supermarket, bus stop into town and the gorgeous big Discovery Parc. Great value for
money!

Property was clean and comfortable. Host provided coffee & add-ons, seasonings, half a case of bottled water, and other items that travelers typically have to buy. Upscale market is just across the street and beach is just a few miles away. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cody’s place! The apartment is brand new, clean and spacious. It is a perfect location to walk to the Metropolitan Market just around the corner, and Discovery Park is only a few blocks away. There is plenty of parking on the street right outside. Cody is easy to contact and responds right away. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cody's place. The apartment was very clean, modern, beautifully decorated & well-appointed. It's in a great location, just minutes from downtown Seattle. Cody provided helpful instructions & excellent restaurant recommendations & things to do in the area. If we're ever in Seattle again, we would definitely stay here!

Wonderful stay!
This two bedroom unit was a delight. It was roomy and well furnished. It was clean and bright. And all finishes were high end and excellent quality. My granddaughters and I enjoyed watching a movie on the huge screen tv in front of a warm fire. The owner made us feel welcome and it was overall just a really good experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely three nights in Seattle
Everything was clean and neat and cozy! The nearby market is great for all meals and the place is easy to get to and from. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here and would do so again!

Our new Seattle "Home Away From Home"
Property was in our preferred neighborhood, very clean, updated modern, comfortable with every amenity we could need. We were just two, but we could easily bring our adult son next visit. Really appreciate the easy check-in and Cody was easily accessible if we needed anything. Private, very safe property if anyone is traveling on their own. Just love proximity to Metropolitan Market and Discovery Park. Many thanks and appreciation.

Quiet, technology loaded escape
If you're looking for a reprieve hustle and bustle of city (but still only a10 minute drive away), walking distance to Discovery Park and neighborhood Metropolitan Market less than 1/2 block away, this is the place for you! And, add to that a really nice. quick to respond, accommodating host. The special touches were an added bonus!

Cody, the property owner is great! We took advantage of his cooking services and had a nice steak dinner soon after we arrived, which also had some pretty strict dietary restrictions and it was delicious! Was very reasonably priced too.
The house was extremely clean, cute décor, and well stocked.

Wow! What a beautiful stay we had. The home is perfect for what we were looking for. Cute and comfy. Not to far from downtown but far enough to feel like you aren’t In The city. So happy we picked this lovely home to stay in.

Gorgeous unit, location couldn't be better
This rental is absolutely stunning! It's modern but cozy, nicely laid out, clean, well-stocked, and completely immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the wi-fi was fast, and the fireplace was especially relaxing. It was also incredibly convenient to have access to a washer/dryer, as we could pop our wet clothes into the dryer for a few minutes before heading out again.
Everything was easy - communication with Cody, checking in and out, parking, finding and using anything in the place...one of the best rental experiences I have had.
We very much enjoyed the location of the property as well. It was 1/2 block to the grocery store and with a fully equipped kitchen, it was lovely to be able to have our meals at "home". Just 2 blocks away is the beautiful Discovery Park for trail running and hiking, though even just wandering around the beautiful neighborhood was great.
I couldn't recommend this place more and definitely hope to return!
