4th back from ocean front. Brand new gorgeous flooring throughout, 3/24. Beautifully decorated, ocean view villa just steps to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shops and bars. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bath. Queen sleeper sofa. Beach chairs and bikes are provided. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Recently updated condo with LVP flooring and full standing shower. Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room and bedroom. Modern fully equipped kitchen with anything you may need to cool meals. Bedroom has brand new king VERY COMFORTABLE mattress set.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

The location was fantastic. Direct beach access and ocean views. It's walkable to shopping and restaurants in Coligny. The condo was nicely appointed and recently updated. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering messages almost immediately. Fantastic stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect! My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and the owners were very responsive to messages. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. We loved our stay and will definitely book again!

It was a great experience and will be one of our favorite places to visit. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Outstanding customer service!!! The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the patio seating.

Kendall's Villa was in the perfect place - steps from the beach and a short bike ride (amazing that the bikes were included with the stay!!!) from everything we wanted to see and do in Hilton Head! Kendall checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed and was an incredible host. We loved the turtle and octopus shaped cookies as a welcome gift when we arrived :) Would definitely recommend this villa to others and would stay again the next time our travels bring us to the island!

Location is excellent. Beachfront, easy access on boardwalk to beach. Easy to walk or bike ride to plenty of dining and shopping. Property manager provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful beachfront condo for the RBC Heritage PGA tournament! The condo and location were as described and pictured! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! The location was perfect, and within walking and biking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, and most importantly the beach! We would stay here again when we return to HHI!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and this was a great place to stay to get acclimated to the Island. Easy to get to and near a lot of activities and also on the beach.

The property was nice after we figured out how to navigate through the building. It wasn’t busy so using the elevator to take things to the second floor was great! The place was super quiet. The king bed was nice too.

The best aspect of this rental was the bed. It was extremely comfortable. However, the unit was smaller than I expected, the view was limited, flooring and furnishings needed updating, the heating system was noisy and the tv remote was hard to figure out. On the plus side would be the free bikes and since we were not inside too much the negatives were slightly offset. Another plus would be the price. Most places on the island were a good bit more expensive. All in all this trip was a learning opportunity for future trips.

The condo is not large but has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Check in was convenient and security instructions were clear and easy to follow. Location on the beach in Hilton Head is perfect. There is an ocean view from the terrace and it’s only a short stroll on pretty walkway to the beach. And the beach itself is clean, beautiful and quiet. We loved every minute of our stay in Seaside Villas!

This small villa is perfect for a couple. Wonderful view in a nicely manicured and landscaped gated complex with direct access to the beach. We couldn't have enjoyed our time there more!

A very cozy two-room condo that is a quick walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk to the many shops and restaurants. They provide two free bikes as well. The place was very clean and well-kept and the owner provided plenty of useful information. A top-quality king-size bed makes for good sleeping. The small balcony overlooks the parking lot, but you can see the ocean.

Beautiful one bedroom condo with pull out couch! We wanted to stay an extra night but our rental was booked the next night. Luckily we found this place and the owner was super accommodating, we were even able to get in hours before check in time. Would definitely stay again!

This was a 1 bed/ 1 bath condo with a beach view and easy access to the Caligny area. We found it perfect for our first trip to HHI. Easy walking and trails. Great beach access. Owners very helpful to guide us through the check in and gate codes for this gated condo area. We would most definitely stay again. We didn't have time for the bikes on the beach, but next time we will!

Loved the location and it had everything one would need. When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush (hubby fixed), keureg wouldn’t heat up, floor tiles cracked and screen had a hole so can’t open slider. This place can use some tlc. Otherwise, decor was nice and kitchen was nicely appointed.
