This condo is part of The Cottages at the Naples Bay Resort, minutes from Tin City, 5th Avenue, and Naples Pier. This 2 BR, 2 bath unit has a fully- stocked kitchen that is perfect for making home-cooked meals. Enjoy access to all the Naples Bay Resort onsite amenities, including 5 pools, a spa, fitness center, Yoga, tennis, personal trainers, private poolside cabanas, Top Golf Suite, and poolside bar with poolside service.

The condo was totally refurbished in Sept 2022 by Traditions Classic Home Furnishings. Our repeat customers will be amazed by the transformation.

This is a true RESORT GETAWAY! A $200 registration fee, plus $55/night plus tax resort fee needs to be paid by guest on check-in. SUMMER SPECIALS: For stays from 5/1/24 - 10/31/24 the resort fee is $100 for registration, plus $45/night.

Condo was perfect! Very clean with all the amenities you would need. Check in process was seamless. Resort was great for both kids and adults. Shuttle service to downtown and Naples beach was a great touch. They also provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Would highly recommend this place!

We loved the condo, the resort, and the location. The condo was terrific. Very clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished. The pool was great even though the weather was not. And the location was great. close th lots of restaurants and shopping. will likely try to get a place for next year

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the unit. We would’ve given this five stars but the fees per day added on to by the resort were higher than communicated originally. The access fee for the resort (one time) was $200 instead of the listed $100. Additionally, the per day resort access fee was $50 instead of the listed $35.

We had a wonderful stay with our two boys ages 3 & 6. The pool was great fun and the lazy river was a bonus. We especially enjoyed strolling through the resort and local neighborhoods at night to check out the holiday lights. Would absolutely come again. Thank you.

The condo was very clean and in a great location. The owner was great at communicating with us about check in details. Our only complaint was that the towels were old and should be replaced (some of them had stains). The pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Otherwise we loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property! Location was ideal and amenities were great. Shuttle to the beach and 5th street was added plus. We would definitely stay at this property in the future. Michael was a wonderful host!

We have stayed at Naples Bay Resort several times. This was the first time staying in this unit and it was a fantastic 12 night stay. It was very clean, fully stocked, and a short walk to the pool/club. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean and comfortable. Used washer, tumble dryer, dish washer. All kitchen essentials provided. Amazing accommodation. 2 min walk to resort pools, gym etc. easy to walk to restaurants but can use hotel free shuttle service to take you and collect you. We have previously stayed in the main hotel and this cottage matched our expectations of the overall furnishings and cleanliness. We therefore left it as clean as we found it. Loved every minute of our stay. The Coombs family

Our condominium was top-notch, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could imagine. Property owner took care of all of our needs immediately. The property was close to the beautiful fifth Avenue, shops, restaurants and beach. Staff at Naples Bay was excellent and we enjoyed the complementary frozen grapes, cool towels, and sample drinks. We’ll be back

We have stayed at Naples Bay Resort multiple times and find it a beautifully designed, managed and maintained facility. Michael and Suzanne are excellent hosts with one of the nicest VRBO condos we’ve ever stayed in.

The location was great! So close to restaurants and shopping. Also, the resort pool is just steps away. The condo itself was perfect for our stay. The owners seem to have thought of everything! Highly recommend!

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at Naples Bay Resort. This was our 7th year staying at this particular resort for our winter getaway and our first time in this particular unit. We found it to be very comfortable and well-appointed. The recently redecorated and newly furnished condo was top-notch.

Very nice property with close access to pool area, 10-20 minute drive to most of the areas great restaurants. Covered parking, comfortable furniture and bed. Would stay there again, we enjoyed our stay very much. Owner was great to work with.

Everything about this condo was perfect. My only complaints are in regards to pool access and the entrance gate. I’ve stayed in these cottages a total of 5 times over the years and was disappointed we had to walk all the way around to front entrance to access pool (in the past we were given a card to enter closer gates to pool). Also disappointed to see that gates to cottage parking were open the entire time versus closed with an access code needed to enter.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Accommodations and photos were exactly as described. Great location and Michael was easy to get ahold if needed. My first time using a VRBO and will definitely want to do it again especially at this location.

We loved the pool and used it nearly every day. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. You could take a shuttle from the club to the hotel to use their restaurants as well.

This stay was ideal! The property has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vaca- beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys plus sunscreens and such left by others. And although it’s not necessarily updated, the price reflects that and we think that makes complete sense! The resort pool is really great but they need to improve by a) opening the back gate or providing fobs and b) picking up after guests who have obviously left. This has zero reflection on our condo host, but hopefully the comment can be shared. The location is super close to a lot of areas we frequent- Bayfront center, Baker Park, Tin City, downtown.. and a close 5 minute drive to some of our favorite beaches. Thank you, see you next year!

The location of the property was excellent, close to the Naples Bay Club where we spend most everyday. The accommodations and interior of the condo were to expectation and everything worked well and with no problems. We'd like to book it again next year and will be getting in touch soon.
